Since @cportea dropped Ryder Lynn and Rachel Berry’s sex tape, the town has been swept up in the sensationalism. Detectives are distracted (and curious? does a gossip blog have a point?), people are outright ignoring all signs at The Maggie, and Double C Diner is serving everything with a side of ‘did you see the…’.
Those questions (after a moment of appreciation for Ryder’s ‘physique’) then lead to others: ‘why did he lie?’, ‘do you think he did it?’, ‘I didn’t know they were that serious in high school?’
That line of questioning isn’t just being asked among residents of Castleport, but the media outlets that have once again ambushed the town. A national interest is beginning to bubble with the most recent dramatic turn in the Rachel Berry case. While it’s mostly New England reporters in town, with Rachel’s unique case and Ryder’s status as a NFL player, national media outlets have began to pick up the story too.
For the former glee club members, that could mean a lot of things, and questions. Which they’re finding themselves being asked a lot by nosy people in town, and journalist buzzing for the next scoop. One thing is certain, though, people are eating up the Cportea’s report.
