okay but kunikida who gets panic or anxiety attacks and is calmed down by dazai’s physical touch, if it’s holding his hand or stroking his hair or kissing his cheeks or hugging and squeezing him tight :P dazai doesn’t really ever know what to say in those situations but he can help him by just being there with him

Dazai being a grounding force in the storm that is Kunikida's mind. He over thinks, he worries about the smallest of details and that he's going to fail and mess things up.
And than there's bandaged arms around him as Dazai drapes himself over Kunikida like a blanket.
His arms wrap around Kunikida, not too tight but also not loose. And sometimes it feels like the only way to keep his heart from jumping out his chest.
Dazai doesn't always know what to say, or even why Kunikida's panicking. But he takes great relief in knowing he can help bring him down to earth.
He runs a hand through Kunikida's hair, he presses light kisses on his cheek and just holds him steady.
And reminds him that he's not alone.

Dazai chuckles, pats the seat beside him and Kunikida sits down. Dazai gently wraps his arms around Kunikida, holding him close.
Kunikida: resting his head against Dazai's chest Huh... What do you know it worked.
Dazai: Told you, but maybe we should stay like this a bit longer hmm?
Kunikida: Naturally your ability requires touch after all.

i want kunikida to be surprisingly really cuddly when he gets in a relationship with dazai and i want dazai to be surprised but also silently melt inside bc he's super sweet and physically affectionate when they're behind closed doors
Dazai's drapes himself around the office (on on Kunikida) like a worn coat. All things Kunikida shakes his head at during work hours.
But when they're outside of work Kunikida will be reading through his schedule with a arm wrapped around Dazai.
It never fails to make Dazai smile, snuggling up to Kunikida who holds him like he's something precious.
The look he gets in return is nothing but fond. Kunikida visibly softens at the sight of Dazai in his arms and kisses his cheek.
Everytime Dazai melts and frankly he thinks it's adorable how cuddly Kunikida is.
Who would've thought?
