Heartbreak is a natural human response to being hurt in your heart by a person, a system, or an experience. In other words, being in the experience of heartbreak, whether conscious or unconscious, is not "wrong" or "bad." But what's interesting is that heartbreak is not discussed enough in traditional healing spaces yet it is one of the greatest blockages that inhibit the flow of love and moving beyond a survival state. Healing the unresolved heartbreak lingering in your aura/electromagnetic field can be achieved when you spend some quality time in celibacy loving on yourself and preparing your body for intimacy with a new lover (lots of slow baths, slowing down, time in nature, grounding, journaling, cooking your own food, and the like) so that you when you start to date again, you lead with more self-love and self-worth, and not with heartbreak, fear, insecurity, or repression. You must have compassionate time with yourself to dearmour your heart from living through a deep state of trauma which is what heartbreak is. We don't realize that heartbreak is a healthy trauma response to experiencing emotional, physical or spiritual pain that has to be unwind and released. It is also important to note that heartbreak could have happened recently in this lifetime or past ones from your mother line where the unconscious heartbreak you emanate is a kind of karma to be dissolved and released. Lightheartedness then becomes one of your most dominant frequencies that can speed up "time" into a quantum leap. Most people have no idea the level of pyschic trauma, wounding, war, and fear I was born into and grew in because I do not walk around in the world with an aura of heartbreak or in patterns of self-loathing or self-hate. Healing my heartbreak allowed me to see that my body and life held value. We were always designed to be Gods, you see. Divine creators. -India Ame'ye, Author

When I land into a new country, one of the first things I do is befriend a tree, water source, and/or animal. Later the night or the next day, I steam my yoni. In other words, I get grounded. Divine feminine travels hit differently. I imagine that's why I have never had travel mishaps or hangups so far beyond the occasional late flight and always manage to rent the right places that are deeply nourishing to me. Travel rituals matter and create matter. -India Ame'ye, Author

Things you think every woman should be doing?
You must learn how to walk properly. Good posture has been drilled into me since I was a child and I do exercises to improve my ankle strength, wear a posture corrector when I’m sitting, and take the time to go to barre and Pilates to maintain my flexibility and stamina. I wear a lot of heels and I’ve had a lot of health issues in my life so it’s important for me to walk in a way that supports my hips and ankles and it’s important to me to hold myself in a way that prevents back and neck pain. Everything you do has an effect on your health and it’s important to remain healthy and balanced in your twenties. Your overall health and wellness cannot be pushed to the side and you should always be looking for ways to improve yourself.
Take the time to learn an art. I grew up in a household filled with the arts and education, I take a lot of pride in the fact that I’m creative and enjoy the arts, and I think that having an artistic side and being able to do things yourself is an important part of life. I love knowing how to play instruments, I love dancing, I love baking, I love to create things with my hands and with my mind, and I love knowing that creativity makes me a better person. Be it language, cooking, painting or pottery, dance, or something else, find something you love and do it. Now, is it essential to pursue creative endeavours? No, it’s not, but it does help to keep your mind and body active and there’s something particularly satisfying about seeing the fruits of your efforts realised.
Do your best to indulge yourself frequently. I strongly believe in hedonism and living a life of enjoyment, I believe that pleasure should be prioritised and life should be lived and loved, and I also believe that you need to chase what brings you pleasure. There’s no point in living a life where you feel like you’re just going through the motions so it’s important to find things that make it all feel worthwhile. You don’t have to spend a million dollars to enjoy yourself, I find that some of the best things in life are free (like my raspberry bush), but you do need to find things that bring you peace and make you feel like you’re experiencing life at its best. Life should be filled with indulgences, both big and small, that’s the best way to live and the best way to change your mindset in terms of what you do and do not deserve.

During the Ottoman period it was a tradition for the man to give the woman a mirror. The meaning behind this: "There is no better gift, that I can give you, than yourself."

Hunny I stop traffic on any given day. Zero effort. I’m gorgeous - effortlessly so, divinely ordained, infinitely.
i don’t need to be ariana grande pretty, or beyoncé pretty, or pretty like rihanna is, or like taylor swift is or like the influencers are.
I’m me pretty. Unapologetically myself.
I’m pretty with makeup, i’m pretty without makeup, i’m pretty when i laugh, when i smile a real smile, when i talk about something i love to my core, when i watch my favourite movie four times in a row, when i see a cute dress when i’m window shopping and it makes me squeal, im pretty with my glasses on, i’m pretty in pyjamas.
I’ll never want to be anyone else and I’m finally starting to love myself.

Awwwh
the absolute funniest thing is me worrying if i'm too much regarding how much i love my deities and meanwhile the deities i worship are like
hey i'm giving you a sign that i'm thinking about you
i'm also giving you a sign that i love you and i'm around you
i'm also giving you some of my energy to sit with because it makes you happy
i'm listening to every word you say in your prayers to me
i'm reminding you to take care of yourself because i care about you
i'm a spirit that's as old as time itself and i still find time to spend with you because you're important to me
and that doesn't even cover the blessings

Your wardrobe/closet, bed and vanity table are all very important altars. When they are clean, it screams “I am worth the time, effort and attention”. They represent aspects of your self esteem, abundance, prosperity, sensuality, confidence and divine femininity.
