I love how near where I live, there's this stretch of straight road where the speed limit increases, but only by 5 mph, when it very well could have gone up ten with how long it is.

I like to think the meeting discussing what limit to put on that road went something like "they can have a few miles per hour, as a treat."

Ok, so not much of a thought, but it was such an intense moment for me, and I want yall to hear.

So I was on the highway heading home from michaels at 10:30 ish (dont ask) and on the way, remenats of the storm that hit rolled in, and it started pouring, hard. Windshield wipers going mach speed, dark af, fumkin wimdy. In conjunction with this, I had a random playlist of higher energy songs playing to keep me awake. So out of nowhere, in the middle of the worst weather conditions I've driven in so far, in the middle of the night, a mashup of night of nights and fucking space jam starts blasting out of the radio.

Probably the most scared I've been all year.

I am both extremely relieved and a little disappointed that driving isn't more like mario cart.
