frankly, I'm enjoying this a lot. not as dark as I'd have hoped but I don't really think Mario works that way.

I think I'm going to stop things here. To summarize, we are Miles Upshur, some sort of investigator out to expose the Murkoff Corporation for morally shady things. To this end, we break into a mental hospital where we get thrown through a wall by a big ogre thing named Walker. Now we need to access a security room so we can get the hell out of here, but I somehow doubt it'll be that easy.
I'm enjoying it so far. Life on Alternia has left me pretty desensitized to gore, but it has a nice atmosphere and I'm looking forward to seeing where it's heading. Until next time, Psii out.

Is Walker that big ogre thing running out ripping people's heads off? That seems to be a point in favor of "human" at least.
The message of this game is that corporations can do whatever the fuck they want to the marginalized and powerless because society doesn't give a shit about them, isn't it? This document alone would get Signless to write a fucking essay on the subject. I'd almost tell him to play it if the gore wouldn't turn him off.

What happened to these people? Aside from the ogre guy all the patients here seem more terrified and traumatized then dangerous. What the hell was Murkoff doing to these guys?
I'm not going to jump just because you gave this guy a scare cord, game. I'm more concerned about what he's running away from than anything.
I can appreciate Miles as a protagonist, he reminds me of Signless when he's particularly fed up with somebody's shit.

Again, corporations are a very foreign concept to me, but from what I can tell Murkoff somehow weaponized the legal system to screw the original owners of this place out of their property.
...Are corporations just the human equivalent of highbloods? Because that's more and more the vibe I'm getting.
