Ladies and gentleman, the Contemptor Mortis has landed. As it is is with the Comtemptor Dread, the Deredeo is the upgraded version of a gun walker. This baby packs two twin-linked specialty autocannons, an option missile launcher, and twin-linked heavy bolters or heavy flamers to deter would-be assault units. The high strength payload combined with its special rule that adds skyfire and interceptor while stationary makes this baby a mobile vehicle-chewing monster. If you can live without your favorite named HQ, bring this bad boy out to kill everything that moves!

USS Iowa: The Most Powerful Battleship in the U.S. Navy

The U.S. Navy’s Iowa-class battleships, first ordered in 1939 and 1940 to be used in World War II, were the most powerful ever built. The shockwaves created by its nine 16-inch guns were so massive that they could not be fired simultaneously. It was also the only class of battleship, notes Jesus Diaz, that was capable of firing nuclear shells. A World War II training film shows how its guns were operated by a team of 70 men.
