if the actors of certain characters were minors while filming, but now they’re not would it be okay to just use them still from recent content? for example : if someone used kit connor for nick nelson, but used his recent resources/insta posts not anything from when he was filming the first season. or would you prefer them be changed?

Content where they're above the age of eighteen is fine, yes. We would just advise to err on the side of caution when it comes to content that could be underage. It's a bit easier as gifs aren't required at all, and photoshoots and instagram photos are dated for the most part. Ultimately, we're okay with it so long as caution is taken. If you're unsure about the timeline and such and feel more comfortable changing, then that would be fine as well.
