Like, what if it was a tiny unnecessary part of his programming: to know how to draw mammoths? I'm kinda sure Oscar produced tickets for Kate with his bare hands. How hard would it be for him to draw a sketch of such a significant animal?
He might have known the way mammoths are supposed to look like, because there was a special place reserved for a toy mammoth in his train, after all.
