I’m almost fainting, my head is spinning and constantly hurts and I can’t even walk up the staris my body is numb. If you have constipation and trouble with bowel movement let me share with you MY ABSOLUTE HOLY GRAIL!! Tea has never worked for me so what’s very useful is matcha!! Do just matcha with hot water and you’ll see results instantly. It’s 10 - 5 (depends on the type you use) calories for one teaspoon.
Ik it’s not 0 cals but I sometimes eat nothing and just drink it in the morning and lost 0.7 kg. Plus if you p00p regularly you absorb calories much less so I recommend sacrificing those 5 cals. Not if you’re fasting tho.
