CSSSA animation 2017 application ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

hey!! here’s my mediocre/poorly put together CSSSA animation application :o) for those wondering i’m a junior applying from in-state…….nice! hmu if you’re applying too so we can support each other and cry together :,) anyways here’s my application….

ASSIGNMENT A

ugh…..the only word i have for this is ugh. i don’t know if it actually tells a story but i think i did a pretty Okay Job. lil’ elf girl saving the mouse king from a big scary cat……yes.

ASSIGNMENT B

description: My illustration represents my interest in oneirology, the study of dreams. Dreams have always been meaningful to me in the way that they are so symbolic and descriptive about our present lives and state of being through living out new or old experiences. This simple capability that we all posses constantly amazes me as it is something that any person can do, no matter their age, health, color, or size. My own dreams constantly serve as an artistic inspiration for me and are reflected in this piece.

lol i can’t write, that’s why i make art…..silly. i’m actually kinda proud of this piece, i threw in a fuckton of symbolism (like my late grandpa and dead dog hehe) because i want them to think i’m Deep and Engaging. ehhhh

these are my figs!!! my really bad figs!!! (can you tell that i love to self deprecate??) oh well, what can you do \_(ツ)_/¯ i actually like the right and bottom ones, but let’s see what the CSSSA reps have to say about that
