one calorie burned is one less calorie absorbed/gained!
one meal refused is one meal less consumed!
one moment of control/progress is PROOF that you can and will make it to your UGW! So don't give up and binge now!!! keep going!

Gonna start doing the apple cider vinegar cleanse 2-3 times a day for the foreseeable future. We'll see how that goes. Since I had a baby I lost 30 lbs but I'm still 160 🤢 my goal weight is 120 (what I was before baby) and my ugw is 100lbs wish me luck ❤️

If you're hungry, exercise. It really works! I just did a whole workout routine cuz I woke up hungry and now the pain covers my hunger 😇. I will be skinny before Christmas and I will fit in those pants by my birthday at the end of November. ❤️

• Breakfast: 1 egg
• Lunch: 2 Slices of turkey
• Dinner: Diet Coke.
I don't count calories I just try to make sure my carb intake is as low as possible while eating as lil as possible.
