馃尶C / These are countries located in the north of the European continent and form a peninsula, the number of six countries are as follows:
Three kingdoms: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and three republics: Iceland, Finland and the Faroe Islands. These countries share many common things such as history, cultural similarities, and cultural relations.
There are some wonders that have only been seen in Scandinavian countries, among them:
馃尶The northern lights scenes of the polar aurora in the northern and southern hemispheres of the globe, these lights can be seen in Norway.
馃尶Night Sun Watching, when the sun shines during the summer solstice at midnight and stays for 24 hours, can be seen in Finland, Iceland and Norway.
馃尶 Glacial rivers in Iceland that cover 10% of the total country area.
馃尶 Active and inactive volcanoes, can be seen in Iceland, although it contains a bunch of glaciers, it also includes around 130 volcanoes, so it is called (land of fire and ice).
馃尶The Scandonavian countries have long daytime hours in summer and very short in winter, with northern Norway and Finland seeing no night solutions in June and July.
