my prettiest ux project that never was.

i’ve been thinking about death (naturally) and martyrdom a lot recently

it’s not all thought out, but to me it is just sad. death is natural. it is disruptive and sad. death as a lone thing should not have meaning, should not occur for the reason except the fact that it is inevitable. but when someone becomes a martyr, it means there are forces are so cruel that death has a certain kind of consequence, and it seems like its a sign it will happen again.

natural death, whatever that is, is sporadic. it just happens. but martyrs mean a pattern, which is uncanny to the nature of death.

there is privilege in the way i grieve and will continue to grieve. that is crazy.
