THEY UPDATED THE STATUS TODAY SAYING THAT IT WAS DELIVERED THE ON THE 9TH, AFTER IT WAS STUCK IN "OUT FOR DELIVERY" FOR 2.5 WEEKS AND AFTER I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THAT IT WAS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE.

man fedex lost a package of mine, i opened a case and they were like "you will have an update no later than 4 days from now"
4 days pass and the update? just asking me for information about the package, like what it is and the weight. thats...not really an update. anyways, i send that information and they are like "okay you will have an update no later than 2 days from now"
two days later i get an email that my case was closed....and thats it. no actual update.
very cool.
fedex fucking blows, lame ass company, i sincerely hope they die. these motherf**kers ALWAYS lose my shit.

These clauses are underhanded ways that corporations seek to deprive you of your right to participate in class-action lawsuits and your right to a jury trial. (This does only apply to us users ,other people still spread the word though )
