By the way I mentioned this to two people now, so I'll note that Kitsune do not exist in the world of this blog (unless someone else is writing a kitsune character set in this blog's universe. Then they do for the sake of that thread). So, like, if I ever make a muse here that is one you may mock me for forgetting my own lore.

Technically this blog never stopped being "under construction" and launched. So I guess that's what making that promo post is.

I'm really not the best at promo posts, my greatest weakness. So I'm just gonna start by being blunt and direct about this to get the information out and then follow it with a "joke attention grabbing" version.

Hey guys this is a fantasy oc multimuse roleplay blog by Summer Lis set in its own unique setting (though very open to crossovers). Starring a slowly growing band of adventurers/Landsknechts. I've been around the rpc in some form of another for, like, a decade now so I'd call myself an experienced roleplayer (but still horrible at the graphics aspect). Multiship/multiverse. This blog is not mutuals only mostly because lately I've been admittedly a bit shy in following folks but do not want to allienate people from interacting. This blog is a sideblog to my touhou multimuse (Gensokyogarden). We're SFW here but I'd prefer to only be followed by folks that are 18+. Primary theme of the setting is action/adventure but with a hopefully healthy amount of gothic horror/comedy mixed in.

Also now that I've got some lore posted, some muse profiles available, and a lot of ideas. I'm thinking about making some form of promo sometime soon. Probably just something basic without much as far as graphics and all go.

Started on the first of the in universe lore posts of the creatures of this world, but I am still figuring out how I want to format them.

I give you a rough draft of the world that Beauty and the Beast takes place in. I am not sure if the map is going to look the best on Tumblr (though opening it in another tab can help) but I hope it's something. This is primarily just showing the names of kingdoms and a rough estimate of their borders. So that you can get an idea of where the cast is from whenever their ethnicity is given or they talk about having done a contract somewhere.

Now, in reality, this is a world coming out of the feudal age but it's still fairly feudal. As a result of that minor changes to borders happen quite regularly and some parts of kingdoms and empires may be far more autonomous to the point of being near independent (think about Aquitaine/Burgundy within France). There's also probably several small 2 or 3 providence kingdoms that just aren't rendered due to size.

In the case of the Jaeger States and Marinare Coasts they're really just a series of independent city states that are lumped together on the map for convience sake (that's why I added cities on those ones to represent the main city states). Bon, the Jara Confederation, Tecumseh Federation, and the Inner League are, similarly, more alliances of multiple groups that a united kingdom (but really that's just Feudalism in general in a way)

Not featured on this map is the lost kingdom of Makedan (which is somewhat a stand in for Sheba) but it had been located in territory that's now split between Muskuv and Sivartian.

By the way, as I try to organize a map of the world, I wanted to share the note that the continents on Elbeth are named as distortions of either mythical islands or phantom islands (a phantom island is a landmass that was thought to exist enough to be included on navigation charts only to turn out to not exist all)
