Left: Pauline Ducruet wearing her late grandmother's -Princess Grace of Monaco- Givenchy coat from the 60s. It was given to Pauline by her aunt Princess Caroline for her first fashion week. She stated in an interview that her most treasured item in her wardrobe is this very one.

Our [flower] show in May is similar to many other ones held throughout the world, with the possible exception that we were the first to reserve a category for gentlemen only. This came about because of my husband’s teasing me that I was overlooking male talent in this field. I decided to call his bluff and created a category limited to men. Prince Rainier: “It was in New York, on New Year’s Eve!”
Princess Grace *sounding a bit outraged* - “Well, that’s…” *she remembers* “Yes, it was! I thought it was in Philadelphia!”
