sad that this blog didn't get the attention it deserves:(
Truly. I'm not surprised about it tho, unfortunately. Not only that, but I got off-ish comments from popular blogs to me abt this blog as well. I'm not going to post em, but, it really shows how y'all will favor every other minority than blk ppl. I swear I've seen every other "___ - culture - is" blog hyped. It be the most wildest "culture is" shit too. Things that don't even really have culture, but the race n one blog that got so much culture to show n appreciate aint finna get hyped. I'm sad, but not surprised. If you have a submission tho, don't hesitate to send.

Black culture is waking up on a weekend morning to gospel and/or old school R&B music knowing your momma is about to make you help her clean the house.

Black (American) culture is, unfortunately, often being made to feel like you have no culture. :(

can non black people follow but not interact otherwise to learn more about black culture?
I have no problem with nonblack following to learn about actual black culture. Culture blogs are usually more silly relatable things so I don't know how much you'll learn but, I have no issue. Just don't say stupid shit and I'm cool.

Black French culture is having white French people ask you where you're really from because it can't possibly be France, France is white. Then they try to offset that comment by "complimenting" you on how well you speak French.

Hello, this 'culture-is' blog is for my Black people to share and express themselves regarding their Blackness. A safe space for Black Folks. Simple as that.
Start off the asks with "Black culture is" and variants such as "Black queer culture is" and the etc. (You can use the term 'Blk' instead of Black if you want to as well)
Do Not Interact (DNI): Anti-Black / Racists to POC (why tf is u here in the first place ? πŸ’€), Believe you can be racist to yt people in form, Homo / Transphobic, Ableists, TERFs / SWERFs, Consider yourself "Transracial" (Regarding wanting to be/transition into a race you are bodily not) I'll just block / delete ask if I see sumn I don't fw.
Anyone who is Black (Biracials, Black Africans, Afro-Caribbeans, African Americans, etc) can interact and send asks in. I'm not excluding any Black person no matter ethic or nationality. I'm simply not that type of person.
The moderator is obviously Black (African American). I am queer & gnc, ND. Use they/them if you refer to me.
I am gonna try @ing some accounts I got inspo from and just see if they can/would boost this. I have no other clue how to boost πŸ’€
(Feel no pressure to boost, yall do not have to.)
