It's been a very long time, but I feel an update is due.

I'm hoping to get some more art and writing done over the next few months. I've got some fairly major health stuff going on so it's likely I won't be working as often, which means (maybe) more time to do projects (we'll see what my energy levels are like).

Not sure how many people will see this status, but if you do see this then I hope life is treating you well and if you're someone I used to chat to regularly then I'm sorry I dropped off the face of the earth! I'm still around but here pretty infrequently.

Quick bit of art I did yesterday, thought it'd turn out worse than it did so I'm fairly pleased with it. Even though it's a bit simple 😅.

At some point I'll look at getting back into drawing with my tablet again, and I'll look at getting back into my under appreciated characters series soon (hopefully!)

It's been a minute 😅 life kinda got away from me for a while. I've had lots of family and personal stuff going on lately, but I'm hoping to get back into art soon. I definitely miss it, and even though inspiration has been dry I figure I just need to start drawing again.

I've currently got my thumb bandaged up (don't worry, it's just a split in the skin that's irritating me and I need to cover it for my job) so I'm not doing art on my phone right now. Well, I TRIED to but it came out looking like shit because I can't zoom in very well with the plaster there 😂 so here's an old sketch that I STILL have not inked 😅 it's still quite rough (especially re Wiggum and Snake there and the background, I need to play around with it quite a bit lol) and certainly not finished but I need to break this posting drought 😂

There is a picture that goes with this that I like a little bit more because there's only one subject instead of three, and it has a simpler background, but it needs work too 😅 maybe I'll post it later, we'll see

One-off Character Spotlight #16: Hank Scorpio

Drawn ages ago but noodled around with it until I was relatively happy with it, and finally coloured it today. Hank Scorpio cracks me up, it's such a pity he's only appeared once in the show.

Pulling myself out of a weird kind of social anxiety-induced funk to post some art, because that's far more productive than what I was doing (namely: nothing) to get over it.
