How does one apply to test the Redfield jaw?

there is an application process i fear, and a screening interview.

chris redfield's jaw needs to be talked about more because it's so powerful and hold a lot of weight.

Taking an abandoned plot point from Resident Evil Revelations, Chris Redfield was cloned by a rogue faction of former Umbrella employees. Originally created to cause chaos and friction within the BSAA, a distraction for Jill and to maybe gather intel by masquerading as the original Chris. This was proven to not be a solid plan once they realized that the clone wasn't an exact copy of Chris.

A distinctly different personality emerged, rude, crass, perhaps a bit too eager to please along with a distinct attraction to women. The clone didn't fit the bill of the stoic and otherwise respectful and gay BSAA agent. The clone even refused to take from the memories that were offered up to him on a silver platter, not acknowledging who any of Chris's closest friends or family were and instead he marveled at his own existence, questioning how he was able to have such higher brain function when he was created from just a simple strand of DNA.

After sending the clone in to deal with Jill Valentine, their worries over the clone were proven correct when Jill immediately identified him as an imposter, and upon returning to the facility after narrowly avoiding capture he was marked for extermination as a failed experiment. By a stroke of luck, one of the scientists ( who he no doubt flirted with ) took pity on him and allowed him to escape, and upon leaving he vowed to get his revenge upon the scientists who created and otherwise discarded him.

Becoming a freelance mercenary and bounty hunter, the clone takes on the name Daniel after Chris's middle name, using the name Danny to further shy away from his genetic original. Danny has very little interest in doing good things, his only desires in life are vengeance, money, and women and he plans on keeping it that way. He has no desire to meet anyone from Chris's life, though sometimes the universe has different plans...

His sister had laughed at his idea of a new start, moving across the country in his forties to a new city, new people and new... him? Chris of course had countered her laugh with his usual methodical responses, New York would always be his home, but he needed to try something else, be somewhere else, and thus far it was proven to be exactly what he was looking for, change. LA was hotter, the people were more friendly, and while it felt strange taking orders from another man, Captain Nash was a good person, and Chris was ready to fall in line. He liked the people he worked with, his apartment was decent, and going for jogs outside here was far easier than in the big apple.

Still, some things also didn't change, he was still private, very base answers given when prompted. He knew he was a hard person to get to know, a negative quality if there ever was one, and yet none of his co-workers seemed to mind, especially Buck, who Chris admittedly took an early shining too on looks alone. The older man knew better than to be too callous with his lingering looks at the young man's body, but the kid certainly brightened up a room whenever he walked in, and he was an absolute delight of enthusiasm whenever Chris was around. He knew how to make him feel welcome with his nonstop questions and cute smile.

Perhaps that was why he wasn't surprised to hear Buck jog up behind him after their shift, Chris had decided to walk to the station that day as his apartment wasn't too far, enjoy the evening air before crawling into bed. "You plan this all day, kid?" Chris asks, angling his jaw towards him. "That curious about me? I'm afraid you might have learned more if you kept your presence unknown, should have followed me like a sleuth all the way to my place."
