“Perhaps that was why I had to endure pain — because true transformation can only happen in the crucible of suffering. All impurities fall away from gold only when it’s heated to melting.”
— Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni, The Forest of Enchantments

I listened to Korridore (and already finished it) which is a podcast or radio play, I’m not sure the correct one to name it. It’s available on ARD Audiothek. It’s Germany based and yes it’s in German. I can’t speak or understand German but luckily got the translation script.
The plot is about the policewoman named Zoe that has to find a missing student named Patrick and the only lead is his phone. Patrick recorded everything with voice memos while he was searching for his mother who dissapeared from 12 years ago. She worked at Institute for Paramedial Phenomena (IPP). Patrick found her office which is now being another office named Diamond Shop. Later, he worked at Diamond Shop and recorded the cases she has worked on. What Patrick is reading is hard to take but it’s his only clue. Many of the cases were gruesome and some of them are connected.
The whole story is really intriguing, entertaining and has a cliffhanger ending! Every week Patrick had to make a commercial project for Diamond Shop and they’re hella funny and silly.

A woman walks into a pharmacy one day and says to the pharmacist, “I’d like a poison that’ll kill my husband but make it look like he died of natural causes.”
The pharmacist says, “Ma'am, not only can I not do that for you, I’m going to have to call the police and report you.”
The woman removes something from her pocket and hands it to him. He looks at it and discovers that it’s a picture of her husband making love to the pharmacist’s wife.
The pharmacist says, “Oh, you should have told me you had a prescription.”
