Jinbe would definitely manhandle a s/o that's smaller than him but by habit more than anything. We've seen how he just picks people up and has others climb on him like it's nothing, so when it comes to you it's second nature.
You're in his way? Picks you up like a doll and places you down elsewhere. Moving too slow? On his shoulders you go. Need to reach something high up? He'll pick you up to its level. (Yes he could grab it for you but where's the fun in that!).
