I feel so fat and ugly .
thankfully I’ve restricted very well today and also tried some natural laxatives for the first time (+ a monster) so hopefully it’ll get rid of the bloating :p
I also went on a walk too!!! so today was a good day. barely any calories eaten and many burned. and more to be flushed out. gross. oh wells
