in private, i literally rip myself apart and destroy myself for not being perfect. i’m not perfect and it eats me up like a lot and it fucks with me. i compare myself to others a lot and that shit is so unhealthy for my well-being. i love myself but i hate the way that i am so unkind and mean to myself. i blame myself for not being perfect but being perfect is a fucking illusion. an unattainable unrealistic ass standard. that’s what’s so fucking crazy and insane about what i’m doing. i’m chasing something that’s not even fucking real. i’m beating myself the fuck up and it’s so exhausting and it’s taking it’s toll on me mentally. i’m so tired man. i’m just striving to be kind to myself. i want to just comfort myself and treat myself like a good friend. i’m 10 times harsher on myself and anyone else. i need to spend less time on the internet and more time out in the sun. i need to stop worrying about the next bitch is doing and just focus on M E. me me me me me me me me me.
