Skylanders Deviantart kinda sucks

Is it me or is anyone else annoyed by that one guy that's been posting the same image of Cali over 20 times? The Skylanders community on Deviantart has some great artists, then there's just this one guy who for some reason decides to spam the same drawing of Cali over and over again. Of course, it's NSFW too without a mature tag. Deviantart hasn't done anything about it either. I've done some drawings but I just don't feel like posting them. Been busy with college stuff and I'm writing stories now. But hopefully, something gets done about this guy because it's going to get annoying having to hide 20 additional posts by this guy. I can't block him either because Deviantart has a max block limit.

Well said. Gonna be doing the same with blocking, minors shouldn’t have to see that stuff, it’s not their fault many adults are ignorant and publicly share that stuff. I was exposed to publicly shared disgustung content at the age of 13, I don’t want the same happening to others.

❗️Given Skylanders is children's content I want to keep this blog safe. Minors should be able to enjoy their favorite characters without stumbling on publicly shared gore/fetish/not safe for work.

A "block and move on" or "you should've known better than to interact" are not good arguments for accountability. It is usually adults telling minors to be "the bigger person" and that's so messed up.

I will block people who are like this. If I share something of theirs unknowingly, let me know in an anonymous ask.

Another forgotten art

I forgot I had a no text version of this drawing lmao. As for the rest of the stuff I am planning on doing, fanfic cover has had like 50 redraws, the group blog is underway and I might have Stormblade, Spitfire, Blackout, Spotlight, etc, react to stuff too, comic idk. But yeah, there's also more Skylanders art coming real soon. Gonna be posting my redesign of the Flame Spirit Empress once I get the sketch or lineart done.

I’m keeping a few elements from the design:

- The large halo and mini halos

- Larger Sun symbol

- Fur collar (Which has become a symbol of power in my story)

- Four wings

- Maaaybe the eye color change/Stars in her eyes

God forms are my favorite to draw for Skylanders, because you can make them super wacky and beautiful.

Woah I don’t just do Skylanders.

I started getting into the Hazbin Hotel/Helluva boss stuff soooooo. Here’s one of my OCs. Her name is Chrysanthi, and she’s in one of the roleplay servers on Discord. She’s a Reaper there who can get so calm people actually get unsettled by it. This is the only other art I have of her, the other was older and I was unhappy with the anatomy and look.

I think I came to a decision. I may begin staring the comic, a group ask blog/comic thing, writing, and I might start sharing sneak peeks of the fanfiction rewrite that I am planning out.

For the blog/comic I may make a separate account or put it here too just so it’s easier for me to do stuff. It might not be colored, or maybe it will. Not sure lmao. But I decided it will include most if not the whole cast of the story, prequel/epilogue villains included.

I probably posted the OLD cover but here it is again because I have no idea what else to post with this.

Stuff for the page

I'm not too sure what to do with my page, honestly. Like, besides the Skylanders art which I haven't been too motivated on doing. So, I'm pretty much open to suggestions on what to do, or any opinions on stuff I could do. I've been considering the following, but again, I'm open to suggestions: - Skylanders Final Resolution ask blog: An ask blog featuring the cast of my fanfiction, Stormblade, Spotlight, Blackout, Spitfire, etc. This can be a little "behind the scenes" thing where they all team up to answer questions, even the villains can answer things. I could also post mini-comics of their shenanigans. - Singular character ask blog: Might do Spitfire for this one, or even the Flame Spirit Empress, or others. - Art collaboration between the various artists here: Harder to do, as I do not know everyone well. - Actually work on the Skylanders comic this time: I haven't figured out exactly if I want to make it SFR-based or just something else entirely, meant to be fun and enjoyable for readers. - Mini-stories/fanfics: These would be one-shots or small stories about certain characters, and some can request characters too if they'd like. But this will be very strict, so no fetishes, no gore, no NSFW, etc. Because I know there'll be that one fool that requests that.

Might not finish this sketch, but it was going to be a sketch depicting the events after the final battle in my story, where Stormblade and Spitfire reunite. They fought a long battle and suffered many losses, but thankfully they didn't lose each other. I ship these two idiots so much, they're practically made for each other.

Design for Stormblade in Skylanders: Final Resolution. It will be her normal everyday outfit, although, it'll be an alternate one. I gave her a tail as well, since I feel like she looks weird without one.

WIP of Spotlight again but fanfiction version. Not sure what to do for it but I'll get to it once I'm close to done with Stormblade's art. Spotlight in the story is far more serious and wary of everything and everyone. Just glad I can talk about her whole Divinity without having some mongrel complain about it. Might draw her and Blackout later on for ship art. I think the two go well together definitely. Either that or some more Stormblade and Spitfire artwork. Not sure.

More stuff. But yeah, this was for art class some time ago. My teacher lost the final product though.

I’ll be posting more Skylanders content, maybe actually work on the comic too. I plan on updating Spotlight’s more “modern” era appearance too, and finishing a drawing of Stormblade. Motivation is low though and Deviantart on mobile is becoming a pain in the ass. I’ve blocked so many people and somehow when I refresh it unblocks them.

Hopefully I can get the new art out by this week.

Honestly, I’m unsure if I want to do a comic or write something like a prequel to my fanfiction I hope to do someday.

Comic would probably focus on Spotlight, same for the prequel. Since I do have lots of headcanons and theories about her especially since it was stated she came from the same time period as The Ancients.

But I do want to incorporate some other things like her relationship with Blackout and the rest of the team for the fanfiction. Idk.

Just felt like doing something with her, just because I want to give her a better purpose or something. If I do a comic, expect it to be out this month probably. Even less for a prequel.

Since Spotlight came from the time of the Ancients, I decided to give her an outfit for it. I like to think she was well respected, and may’ve had a high status among the Ancients.

Future Card Buddyfight life status check. Is the fandom still alive? Lmao. Checked the tag and it seems to be alive but Tumblr won’t show me dates. I sure hope you’re all alive. Also did some redo of my Buddyfight OC, Skylar, the Sun Deity Fragment.

A while back I did a bit of a thing for Flame Spirits. I imagine them all being different depending on status, power, etc. Their Empress, Diablesse (Second image) has more pointed and curled horns as compared to a regular Flame Spirit. It shows her status as the Empress.

I might redo this, but apply some changes. I want the species to look as accurate to Spitfire as possible, but also being different in a lot of ways. I dunno.
