A mostly-finished (I might add little bits and pieces as I find them) build I’ve affectionately named Home Base Beta! I actually built Home Base Beta way back when in the beta phase of Starbound, but didn’t want to lose it… so I rebuilt it and made it better! Here’s a few screenshots of the original for comparison’s sake.
This base is one of many set up on no-account worlds by the Miniknog to keep sensitive information and touchy scientists out of the way, with the cover of “field work”. Deuxe’s home was not unlike this one, but, unlike Deuxe’s home, this base was designed for three people to share. (At first, the third was a scientist named Lexei, but he quickly decided to join Sucrose’s crew instead.)
Vikata, though she isn’t nice at all, is obsessed with maintaining a friendly facade; she’s a collector of random items, such as the hourglass and scarf, thinking they make her seem more nonthreatening.
Renasia and Aleonik are siblings who love to goof off with each other! Aleo introduced himself by delivering a note to Reni that basically said, “Hi, Vikata is stupid.” I imagine she probably knew who he was from that!
