Ghost Posters

So, while trying to get screenshots from Spark of Rebellion, I saw that the posters in the common room of the Ghost actually have translatable aurebesh on them!!

The red one on the right is an ad for the glorious Max Rebo himself!

The orange one on the left I THINK just says Star Wars 😅

The pink one is a poster for DJ Rangthang, who was present when Quinlan Vos and Obi-Wan were talking to Jabba!

And the blue poster is actually for a character named Dasha Sigweed, which is a joke about real life Global Underground musicians Sasha and Digweed.

Thought it was interesting, especially since these are probably Sabine's posters and this is the type of music she would listen to!

literally so embarrassing to have someone go "i don't go here" or "what's this from?" on my art and it's a rarepair/crackship that is in no way representative of the source material... and i have to be like. well you see, the rest of the restaurant's menu is not like this. i'm doing my own thing eating black olives right out of the can in the back-of-house. whether or not you want me to throw you a can, you have to understand that's not what they serve out front

Spectre Five: Sabine Wren

Sabine Wren, a Mandalorian, was born in 21 BBY into Clan Wren of House Vizsla. Krownest was her homeworld, but as a young teen, she left home for the Imperial Academy of Mandalore . As a young and idealistic Imperial cadet, Sabine built an Arc Pulse Generator that she nicknamed the "Duchess," which reacted with the beskar alloy inside the Mandalorian armor, incinerating the armor and disintegrating their wearers. Though she initially thought it was only a school project, Wren witnessed the Empire subjugating Mandalore with her weapon, and she was wracked with guilt. When she spoke out against the Empire, Sabine's family did not support her. Sabine escaped the Imperial Academy with the help of her friend, Ketsu Onyo, and deserted the Empire. Estranged from her family, Wren and Onyo then became bounty hunting partners. Ultimately, Wren and Onyo parted on bad terms due to Onyo getting "greedy" and leaving Wren for dead - -Wookieepedia

thoughts on my 1.01 bad batch rewatch

-i love wrecker, and i have thoughts about how wrecker was the boisterous ‘childish’ one before they meet omega, and how he becomes more mature as the show goes on, and i have feelings about like. Him becoming his best self when he has to be responsible for someone else.

-also hes not ‘dumb’, he has concentration and memory problems bc of past brain injuries, and thats that on that

-i love tech and wrecker constantly taking jabs at each other, theyre so different but its obvious they really enjoy poking at each other and arguing. They are the two most like real life siblings imo

-okay my first time watching i completely missed that nala se stopped the hangar doors closing and helped them escape. And before that i had wondered how the batch went years never having seen omega and then seeing her like 4 times in 2 days, coincidentally when the empire takes over, and then i realized DUH nala se let her be seen so they would take her away from camino, now that its becoming unsafe. Nala se’s kind of a real one tbh, unethical cloning business aside
