     Where he was and how long he had been gone was information      Eren no longer remembered. What the newly turned adult did      know what that the stench contaminating his breath was due to      good old Budweiser-- lime edition. Traces of the evening      flash between half lidded eyes as he stumbles through the      building's lobby and into the elevator. The bridge tunnel.      Jean. Ymir. A few other people whose names and faces blend      together. . . And an endless amount of glass bottles. . . but It      didn't matter anymore. Eren continues to lose his train of thought      as he enters the penthouse and approaches Erwin's home office.

     He felt like he was in t r o u b l e, but he couldn't remember w h y. 

     He attempts to be cautious when opening the door but he stumbles      in as soon as it's open. Tanned digits curl around the door frame as      means to steady himself. He grins, teeth white and face flushed as      emerald eyes dart between both Erwin and Mikasa. A chuckle      escapes his throat as he straightens up and enters the room all the      way, leaving the door open.

                    ❝You two havin' a party without me?❞

     He moves past Mikasa, brushing shoulders with her as he makes his      way to the couch on the left side of the office. Throwing himself      inelegantly onto the furniture, he stretches before propping his feet      onto the glass table in front of him.

                    ❝--doesn't look like you guys                        are having a lot of ------fun.❞

Mr. Smith always looked best this way; blond hair lit a bright gold, casting a thick shadow over his downturned eyes as they scanned the work before him. Even through that shadow, the blue in his irises managed to show through, but now was hardly the time to be admiring Erwin Smith. Besides, there was a heavy pit in her stomach, eating away at her with electrified nerves and acid disappointment, and this was making it hard to focus on much at all.

She shut the door, letting the small click of the handle announce her presence, and stood up straight, like a soldier at attention. "I’m sorry, sir," she began, letting only a slight shrug of the lips give away any discomfort. "I don’t know where Eren is … I don’t think he’ll be back tonight."

     The pounding of his heart beats so loudly in his chest; the      teen barely hears the other's voice scolding him. Bruised       fists pause in mid-strike, sparing the training dummy from      another round of abuse.

                    ❝Huh-----------------?❞      He barely gets a breath out before a waft of cooked dough floods      his nostrils. Emerald eyes flicker away from the food to meet a      gaze similar in hue and that's when he can't help but grin, guiltily      rubbing the back of his head while ruffling sweat dampened locks in      the process. 

                    ❝Thanks, Anna. I must have                        forgot to get lunch today.❞

                                                                                        Again.

     Eren plucks the item from her hands and wastes no time stuffing      half of it into his mouth. He continues to talk around his chewing,      turning away to face the training dummy once more.

     He attempts to say while holding the rest of his food in his mouth;      lifting a leg swing another hit against the training dummy's surface.

Anna breathed sharply through her nose, thrusting the small stolen loaf of bread in his face.  Sure, this was something Mikasa usually did and Anna wasn’t trying to steal her “job”, she just wanted to make sure everyone on the team was properly fueled.

     Trembling digits fetter around a tepid styrofoam cup; frigid skin seeks      the heat that seeps from the Starbuck Coffee container, yet the contents      of the brew inside is not coffee, but hot chocolate instead. Chapped lips      hover over the cup's brim as emerald eyes watch the metro train halt to      a stop before opening its doors to the waiting passengers.

                    ❝Fuckin' finally. . .❞

     Eren mumbles, the heat of his breath fogging in the crisp, winter air.      Gripping his beverage tightly, he pushes through the masses so      that he might have a chance of actually sitting down on the crowded      train. He claims one of the last seats, a spot near the aisle of the train,      and wastes no time gulping down half his drink, cheeks still flushed      from being bitten by the cold air. A hum reverberates from the back      of his throat as he savors the taste.      Contently, and sleepily, his body sways to the side, whilst unknowingly      entering the space of the individual who's sitting on the seat closest to      the window. Nothing out of place crosses his mind has brown tussles      fall upon the stranger's shoulder. Instead, eyelids close as a single word      enters his mind.      ------------------------------------- warm;;

I’ve had this particular blog for a little over a month, but I’ve been in this fandom for a year, and guys, let me tell you, it’s been an awesome ride.
