30s, he/him, open to all.
Natural bodybuilder, cyclist, insatiable cardiophile more than a little obsessed with pushing my heart beyond its limits. Massive heart enlargement and a benign arrhythmia, confirmed healthy by cardiologists. I want you to feel my heart and I want to feel yours.
No minors.
For real, I can feel every single heart beat inside me and it drives me insane. It's like having someone constantly stroking your inner thigh, teasing you just a little, distracting you and enticing you. And it can't stop because it's keeping you alive.
So hard to be normal when I literally have a heart inside my chest. What do you mean thereโs a real, beating organ inside my chest thatโs actively pumping blood through my body. Like, inside of me? At all times?? Pulsing??โฆ (this is not an identity crisis, this is horny posting)
Got requested to do a full workout for someone to listen to while they workout themselves. I kinda fell off making these since I'm doing my cardio in the gym mostly lately. Wild how much better I handle these workouts, I have the bike at max resistance for the last 20 minutes.
Felt a little excited before a nice lil heart play session so I put my phone over my heart. Feeling the thrust of it again my phone, and the sound of it, I swear it felt proud of itself and took off into a tachy burst, like it was "flexing". Is heart muscle worship a thing? Did I discover a new sub-fetish? Lol
Kind of boring audio with a cool back story again. Slaughtered my legs lifting yesterday but I do not skip cardio under any circumstances, so i just kept things light. For me that was coasting at 175 watts on the bike for awhile. While I was wrapping up I was like "is my heart even beating?" So I recorded it for a minute. It was at 120 and of course bumped up to 130 when I started listening because my heart can't not show off.
For context 175 watts would be average FTP for a beginner cyclist my size, meaning they would be at redline (90-100% max heart rate). And here I am, barely affected. Sure it's not a fair comparison but it's always fun to clock just how much stronger my heart is.
Also yes I literally just held my phone over my heart in the middle of the gym, no one cares and if they did they're gonna get offered a listen. Yall are wimps record your hearts!! Lol
Probably boring but I'm so proud of this file. About a month ago I posted the first time I tried this workout and it had my heart maxed out so aggressively it started skipping. It made for a more exciting file, but today I went ten minutes longer and half a mph faster. This is the last 4 minutes and I'm pumping a dead even, unshakeable 160 bpm (except for one skip because my heart is a smart ass). The way the rate drops in active recovery too, as the treadmill lowered, love it.
Named the file after that scene in Gattaca where they said "Jerome, Jerome, the metronome. You could play a piano to that heart." That was formative, haha. And now you could play one to mine. That'd be cool actually, tag me if you use a file with my heart playing music.
First hit of poppers I've had in a long time, did it while lying down. My heart was going absolutely insane, galloping like no one's business. Recovered fast, skipped with a hold
Here's my heart doing the same workout a month later:
Zero skips, not maxed out, legs gave out before my heart. And I've been skipping a lot today. Heart is definitely getting stronger.
Found a new piece of cardio equipment to play on, high incline treadmill. Screwed around with the settings and found the holy grail, exercise that stresses my heart before my legs quit. I was having a blast listening to my heart explode in me when it started getting crazy irregular. No other symptoms so I just pushed on and on, I loved it. I can't wait to do this again and again.
First file gets irregular at 4:10 ish
Same workout, different round of settings. Gets especially irregular around 1 min and around 3 mins
14. I really want stress imaging done, I can only imagine how insane my heart would look pumping at full capacity. Maybe also a CT with contrast, that's how they get extremely accurate models with vascular structure. My CT was a calcium scoring scan and no surprise came back with 0 deposits.
16. Anything where we can visualize the heart. I guess just cause it's hard to experience that.
Max rates or irregular, ideally both. Getting an arrhythmia during exercise is the best.
4. I guess apex or tricuspid. Ideally I want to feel it while I listen.
10. Yeah of course I have
11. I don't super care about pulses. I love my visible apex. All my pulses are crazy visible and it is fun to watch my neck throb between sets while I'm lifting. I avoid looking at people's sternal notch (bottom of neck) cause most people have a visible pulse there and it feels pervy ๐

Started off with repeats (5 min blocks progressively faster)
Finished off with steep incline work focusing on keeping my heart fast. Overall was over 95% max this workout for 27 mins total including 17 mins straight. Getting back to where I want to be even while I'm still pretty beefed out. I miss my abs :( lol but they'll be back
Heart's been skipping a lot more in general but while I was inebriated last night it kept going into LONG bigeminy episodes. It feels so good to have my heart flipping out like this without having to like, crush my chest and hold my breath till I'm gonna burst after sprinting for half an hour. Just totally flipping out inside me.
These cleared up after I sobered up and I'm totally fine rn. No symptoms beside the arrhythmia before, during or after. My heart skips more during growth phases and I'm ramping up my cardio training at the moment, so I'm not worried. If it keeps acting up after a few months I'll get myself to a cardiologist. For now I'm loving the ride. Hope you do too.
