I don’t know I might just be a lame ass, but it irks me how netflix is entertaining the whole “ozai is soo hot” bullshit. I get it, his actor is conventionally attractive, but they’re hyping that shit up so much to the point where people are just glossing over and forgetting what Ozai has literally done. Attractive or not, remember what he had done to his kids, his wife, his nation, and the world.

Hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if they made him a tooth-rotting sweetheart just for fan service. Netflix needs to be repeatedly reposting the main five who actually saved the damn world and not the literal villain just because everyone thinks he’s so hot.

If you were a true Fire Nation citizen you would know that Sozin's reign was so advanced that sages invented computers. You would also know that my father's experts later invented wifi. And now Zuko is trying to be "progressive" and giving a lot of privileges for free, like 'free' wifi in the prisons (that's actually payed with tax money)

Don't blame a more civilized culture if you were born in the retrograde Earth Kingdom, where soap is considered new technology.

Au / concept idea where Ozai gets most of his shit together and escaped prison to go actually find azula because literally no one where she is and she could be dead for all they know

And when he finds her after a few weeks he begins traveling with her, he starts having this whole damn identity crisis of wether he’s a firebender or a father while also finding out how hard it is keeping a moody, messed up teenager alive

What is the age difference between you and Ursa exactly? Are you sure nine years older than her? If so, how do you look a lot younger than her?

During our years of marriage I tried to convince Ursa that she should take care of her skin with creams and ointments. I even tried to share my shampoo with her, but the woman is stubborn and really thought her skin would never wrinkle. When she came to see me last year, I could see the resentment in her eyes: I was right, and she should have taken care of her skin. Ursa always had very bad skin. She did not inherit Rina's skin. Almost ninety years old, Ursa's mother's skin was smooth and soft like that of a young girl. Unlike Ursa, who looks twenty years older than she really is. Rina did follow my skin care tips.
