((On October 26, 2013, I started posting on this blog.
It’s been four years now.
The main reason I made this blog in the first place was to put myself in a schedule and practice drawing so I can improve - and boy have I improved! I can draw much faster and result in much prettier work than I could way back when! My grasp on anatomy/composition and my art style have changed a lot in those four years. I thought it’d be fun to do a redraw of the very first thing I posted here and see what’s different. For the sake of consistency I’ve always drawn answers in the same style, even when it’s evolved! This style’s purpose is and has always been to make pretty drawings fast and with little effort.
I’m ending the blog - hear me out. By that I mean that there won’t be any more answers, not on Tuesdays and not in general. However, the blog will still be here, and you’ll be able to check it out whenever you want! The askbox will even remain open so you can send in some more questions if you’d like - but I can’t guarantee an answer, much less at a set time.
I want to thank you all for your continued support, for your asks and your notes. It’s been a pleasure and a privilege.
I want to thank Mod Fef, who’s helped me run this blog for well over a year. Thank you. You single-handedly kept this blog up during my senior year finals.
It’s been a wild ride. I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
