I love how my Players can just completely change the vibe of one of my Villain Npcs

Dm: You look at the tall skeletal figure, it wears a thin tall crown and a shredded black cloak. It's bones covered by a thin pale layer of skin. He looks at you with empty hollow eyes. You can hear one of your companions mutter in utter dread "It's Korros.... The Fallen!"
