Sooo... it turns out, this wasn't the real Shen model, hence why it looks a little bit off. This was the one they used in Kung Fu Panda 4!

Ladies and jellybeans, I have sad news. On close inspection, it's very clear that this is NOT Lord Shen's shadow. This isn't spliced, this isn't a teaser, this isn't a reveal. This is not Lord Shen.
It's just the Chameleon's shadow on top of Tai Lung's. You can see the way Shen's "neck" mimics the shape of her robe, and you can see her shoulder pads. You can also see Tai Lung's tail at the bottom left of the image.
Sorry I broke your hearts... but there is plenty more Shen in my youtube channel XD
Big mention to @sealhaus, they really need to see this before they get their hopes up too high XD

GEOGRAPHICALLY ACCURATE MAP FOUND IN KFP2 TEST FOOTAGE!!!!
Sadly this map did not make it completely into the film, but it's clear to see that the version we DO have is just this map but more zoomed in and with more clouds over Korea, Japan and Indochina.
It even has accurate Yellow, Yangtze and Pearl rivers for crying out loud!
Also this map proves that Gongmen is near/just is either Nanjing, Nantong or Shanghai.

I was on a discord server three years ago when this was figured out, Shoot ain't special XD
On a more interesting note, there are several other maps, in the TV series and in the 4d experience in Dreamworks Dubai, that point to an unnamed "Imperial City" sitting at the mouth of the yangtze, just like Gongmen. Given that Gongmen also is by far the largest city we see in the series, it's not too far out there to say that Gongmen is the capital of China. There is a mirror in history, where Nanjing, which is approximately in the real-world location of Gongmen, served as the capital of the early Ming dynasty.
KFP Map Geography
FINALLY! We have solved the mystery of the KFP2 map of China after countless discussions and much speculation by laying an actual map of China over the KFP2 map, and this is the result; (Credit to ShootBANGDang for figuring out the obvious by literally turning the image based on the compass)
For the most part, things line up pretty well with Gongmen being in the right place (close enough at least) as well as the Valley of Peace being in Southern China, specifically in Guangxi. Or at least in the Hunan-Guizhou-Guangxi area. (Some things may not line up just because I don’t think they were going for 100% accuracy, but the idea is clear enough)

I am so sorry to burst your bubble and rain on your parade... that is a wikia page. Wikia pages are in no way affiliated with dreamworks. They are made by randoms.
Shen coming back to life was the consensus prior to the trailer being leaked, and it makes sense that they wouldn't have used the leak as a source. When the trailer was leaked, it was indeed confirmed that it would be the Chamaeleon transforming into the villains, rather than summoning them. There is even a sequence showing the chameleon shapeshifting into the various bad guys.
It's time to surrender panda, Lord Shen is dead.

Ai and Lian! A little hint: Lian's eyes are blue, not green. I'm unsure why people think they're green, but if you look at his puppet in the film you can see his eyes are clearly blue, and they're also blue in the end credits sequence.
The final one however concerns me, it shows that little progress has been made in terms of a healthier relationship with Shen.
