What I learned after making 20 Videos

I’m just gonna go through each of my videos and what I learned from them because now seems to be a good time for that considering the upgrade that will happen soon-ish

So in the beginning I was only writing notes, little reminders for what I wanted to talk about in my videos. I realized quickly that this made the recording phase longer than it had to be, made the video disorgenized and added a ton of time in editing. Because I had to make something good out of a recording in which I wasn’t only not confident in what I was saying but it was also all over the place (more so than my videos now which is surprising).

So after 4 videos of weird notes and too long recordings I decided I would write scripts. Word for word for what I was gonna say. (I’ve always been told that my reading aloud sounded rather natural, that paired with my ability to write how I speak gave me an advantage on that.)

But I did actually write a word for word script for the channel trailer though I generally don’t count that as an actual video.

For the first few actual videos (Miraculous Truth & Lies Rant - AngryArapy 🌋 /Merlin - BabbleArea 🌌/Why the Haikyuu Characters are great - BabbleZone ☄️/Gravity Falls - BabbleArea 🌌) I did not have scripts and it shows. The videos were a good start because I had something to work off of and it showed me a lot of how I shouldn’t do things.

So since “Reaction Streamers are parasites - AngryArapy 🌋” I have been writing scripts. These solid scripts cut down my recording and editing time significantly (which does not mean it’s quick…)

Though looking back this video isn’t good…which I think is mostly because I had the entire script ready and then 3 new things came out that I wanted to incorporate and just overall I just wasn’t ready to talk about this kind of topic. If I ever get to it I would like to re-do this video in a proper way to do the topic justice and explain my viewpoints better.

I personally think that from “Marinette is NOT a normal girl ☄️ BabbleZone” my thumbnails have become good(-ish). At least from then on I felt like I kinda knew what I was doing.

After that I did “How I made my Persona” which was a very lengthy process which I am still pretty happy with that. As far as I remember the video was fun to edit, I don’t think I learned a lot from this one besides that it’s good to keep track of what you are doing so you can talk about it later.

The first NameAnalysis (which is a format I am not sure I want to continue but we will see) was…a pain to say the least, this was around the time were my fascination with Miraculous turned to pure frustration. The research for this was somewhat boring and the editing bored me even more. This was the first time I truly noticed that when I am bored I am slow in editing (which I will come back to later)

The first Speedpaint Commentary was a new experience! “HeRos Creation Explained” was pretty fun for me because it was a new experience, I don’t think Speedpaint Commentaries are really my thing but it challenged me to develop my editing skills further and think outside of the box I was in before.

“Avatar: The Last Airbender 🌌 BabbleArea” was…said lightly…a straight run into a wall. I edit in Shotcut and at the time I didn’t know what it could do and with the knowledge I had I hit the wall so hard I wasn’t sure if I could continue. With what I know now about what Shotcut can do I think I could do this Video better but at the time i just simply didn’t have the knowledge and thought it would be fine. This video was a big reason why I tried Davinci Resolve (which we will also get to later).

What I have not mentioned until now is that I edited all of these videos on a 10 year old laptop with a whopping 4GB RAM (which if you don’t know, isn’t a lot…) As you probably can imagine, editing was a pain. Shotcut crashed on me more than I want to remember (but as Shotcut has automatic saving I never really lost much).

Around this time I started looking for a new laptop.

“The ending of Digimon Frontier could’ve been genius ☄️ BabbleZone” I think I still made on the old laptop (but that was just a quick video to get out of my head and just have another video so I wasn’t that attached to making this one good)

But both “Miraculous…WHY Power-Ups AND Fusions?? 🌋 AngryArapy“ and “Kitsuyoi Artwork 🖌️ DeaDraws“ were edited on the laptop of my dear MamaDea (which has 8GB RAM, and damn was it nice to not edit in fear of a crash and slowness.) [Around that time I was looking/waiting for my new laptop and couldn’t bare working on the 4GB RAM anymore.]

And then I had the new laptop, and immediately did the dumbest thing I could do. Throw out everything I know and make an entire Video in Davinci Resolve without getting enough info about how the programm works and what it can do. (And not informing myself what the limits of Shotcut are)

“Pokémon: Hisuian Snow 🌌 BabbleArea” was the first video I made on the new laptop and in Davinci Resolve (even though I think the audio editing I still did in Shotcut because it was easier for me).

Between this Video and the one before were (if my math is right [and it’s probably not]) 94 days of no uploads. Changing to a completely new device and a completly new editing programm with no planned buffer or a planned slow learning process is just not the smartest move. I tried to learn Davinci Resolve while making a full video which is just simply not how this works. (Additionally to that I didn’t even like the Video I made in DaVinci. Learning how to not to things is also good kids.)

And here I just want to share a thought because I think there is a difference between DaVinci Resolve and other video editing programms because DaVinci just doesn’t seem to be a video editior, it’s a movie editor.

It surely can be used as a video editor and in some cases I guess it makes more sense but at least for me and the type of content I want to make, a video editor (if actually understood) should be able to do everything I want to do without giving me 4 Pages I do not understand and will never need.

From “Miraculous Rewrite Summary - Season 1 🐞🐱” I have been editing in Shotcut again and have been learning the absolute limits of Shotcut because I think it can do more than it looks like it can and it should be able to do everything I need as soon as I figure out how.

In “How I Made My Channel” I didn’t learn as much in editing but I did realise again that my scripts are lacking.

Through “Digimon Adventure is a pretty great movie 🌌 BabbleArea“ I realiesed 3 things. One: my scripts are not getting better. Two: BabbleArea as a format in itself is severely lacking. Three: I need to get my editing done in at most 2 weeks because if it takes longer than that it takes longer than it needs and I get confused with what I wanted to do.

“Pokémon Pokémon copied from Digimon ☄️ BabbleZone” confirmed point one and three from above again but also let me know that as long as I fully believe in a video until I need to start the visual editing process the video is at least okey.

What I learned overall is that scripts are always good because they save time not only in recording but also in editing, allow for easy subtitling and probably much more.

I think I naturally learned how to make better Thumbnails (but stll have much to learn).

In the beginning I actually purposefully kept my editing as simple as possible because I wanted to avoid copyright issues and just not spend that much time on it because it was just this “I’m going to try it out" thing but I will try some more things in the future and take some more risks.

As much as I would like to just do what I am comfortable with now, if I don’t try new things I won’t learn new things and I won’t have a proper chance at making my content more interesting.

So I’m going to try more things and keep going for as long as I can ! ^^

Languages are hard

and my personal struggle

I decided to start sharing my language journey because my situation is weird and it may give me additional motivation to do this properly.

So let me lay the groundwork.

I grew up with 3 languages. German, Italian and Spanish. But because I grew up in Germany, I learned German properly but I somehow learned to speak Italian and understand and read Spanish. But I can't understand or read Italian and I can't speak Spanish.

Later on I learned English on my own (school really didn't help with that).

Now after some consideration I decided Italian has a higher priority for me. But now I am also noticing how much italian I know without actually knowing italian.

On high priority I realized that there is a slawic language I kinda really want to learn but I’ll first need to get to know more about the language before I can sit down and learn it.

On that note I think it is very much possible to learn two languges from different language families because most of the time they won’t be very similar.

To get back to the learning. Through learning English on my own, through the internet, I realized that I rely heavily on a visual link with the language. Which basically means that I need to know how the words look and are written to be confident in my speaking.

Which links back to why I don’t trust my italian. I speak it very basically yes. I can’t write shit though. Which is why I have now started to look for YouTube Videos in italian with italian subtitles because I need to see the language written, hear how it’s said and read it. And Videos with subtitles give me all of that.

Overall my main goal would be to be able to speak 4 languages fluently and confidently. Learning the basics in Spanish also shouldn’t be too hard. I just need to make sure that I can differntiate it from Italian. I also have a high interest (but low priority) for Korean and Indonesian.

For now my main focus is on getting a better grasp on Italian and expanding my vocabulary in the areas I need.

We’ll see how this goes °u°

Willkommen zu meinem Miraculous Rewrite Highlights für Staffel 1

Für Kontext - falls du nicht von YouTube kommst - ich habe vor einer ganzen Weile ein Miraculous Rewrite angefangen. Da ich es in der nächsten Zeit nicht fertigstellen werde und ich nicht möchte, dass alles was ich dcoh geschrieben habe einfach vor sich hin rottet, habe ich einige Highlights herausgesucht und poste sie nun hier. Staffel 1 – Abenteuer von Ladybug & Cat Noir

Folge 1 – Aller Anfang ist schwer – Teil 1

Wayzz schreckt auf, weil er bemerkt hat, dass ein Miraculous aktiviert wurde.

Er fliegt aus dem Grammophontrichter und findet Meister Fu beim Yoga vor. Fu trägt Kopfhörer und hat die Augen geschlossen, wodurch er Wayzz nicht bemerkt, bis dieser ihm die Kopfhörer vom Kopf stößt.

Wayzz erklärt alarmiert, dass er gespürt hat, dass ein Miraculous aktiviert wurde. Meister Fu fragt, ob er weiß welches, doch Wayzz muss verneinen, er kann nur sagen, dass es zu den stärkeren gehört.

Meister Fu schlägt vor, dass sie sich auf die Suche nach geeigneten Trägern machen nur, falls das aktivierte Miraculous für böse Zwecke benutzt wird.

Wayzz stimmt zu. (Abblende)

Folge 2 – Aller Anfang ist schwer - Teil 2

Folge 3 – Ein schulischer Alltag

Marinette, Alya, Nino und Adrien verlassen gemeinsam das Klassenzimmer und begeben sich zur Cafeteria. Alya spricht über ein paar Anpassungen, die sie an ihrem Blog vorgenommen hat. Sie holen sich ihr Essen und setzen sich an einen freien Tisch.

Sie beginnen zu essen und unterhalten sich etwas, bevor Chloé mit Sabrina im Schlepptau auftaucht.

Chloé fragt Adrien, warum er sich nicht zu ihr setzt und beleidigt dabei noch die anderen drei.

Adrien bittet Chloé, seine neuen Freunde nicht zu beleidigen und verspricht ihr, morgen mit ihr Mittag zu essen. Chloé geht mürrisch davon.

Die vier Freunde nehmen ihre Konversation wieder auf, wobei Marinette und Nino in eine Diskussion darüber abrutschen, wie lange Chloé sich schon so aufführt. Alya und Adrien können nicht mitreden.

Folge 4 – Der Wetterbericht

Cat Noir fängt den Schirm und zerstört ihn eigenhändig, was den Akuma frei setzt. Er nimmt seinen Stab zur Hand und öffnet ihn, wodurch ein ebenso leuchtendes inneres gezeigt wird wie bei Ladybugs Yo-yo und er fängt den Akuma. Cat Noir lässt den Schmetterling frei und Ladybug setzt die Miraculous Ladybug ein, wodurch alle Schäden wieder repariert werden und das Wetter wieder normal wird.

Folge 5 – Keine Wahl

Als Madam Bustier die erste Nachmittagsstunde beginnt, fragt sie erneut, wer sich als Klassensprecher aufstellen lassen möchte.

Alya versucht Marinette vorsichtig dazu zu drängen sich als Vize aufzustellen, sie weigert sich allerdings aus Angst am Ende mit Chloé zusammen arbeiten zu müssen.

Nino überhört das und stellt sich kurzerhand als Klassensprecher auf.

Dadurch hat Marinette den Mut sich als Vize aufzustellen.

Zufrieden mit den Aufstellungen bittet Madam Bustier die Kinder abzustimmen.

Im Endeffekt wählt the majority of the class für Nino und Marinette als Klassensprecher und Vize Klassensprecher und der Unterricht wird fortgesetzt.

Folge 6 – Gestörte Verbindung

Folge 7 – Immer das alte Lied

Nachdem der Bodyguard das Auto geparkt hat, müssen sie den Rest des Weges laufen. Dort passieren sie eine Bäckerei vor dessen Schaufenster Adrien stehen bleibt und hinein sieht. Nathalie bleibt etwas weiter vorne stehen und dreht sich um.

Adrien fragt vorsichtig ob er etwas aus der Bäckerei haben könnte doch Nathalie verneint und erinnert ihn das sie nicht zu spät kommen sollten.

Adrien läuft etwas niedergeschlagen voran und der Bodyguard sieht Nathalie eindringlich an und er öffnet den Mund doch Nathalie weist ihn nur mit einem “ich weiß” ab bevor sie weiter laufen.

Nathalie geht zu Adrien und reicht ihm eine Papiertüte - welche Adrien zögern annimmt, auf die Frage was darin ist antwortet Nathalie nicht und führt nur den Lehrer aus Adriens Zimmer.

Nachdem die Tür ins Schloss fiel tauchte Plagg über Adriens Schulter auf und drängt ihn dazu einen Blick hinein zu werfen. Adrien öffnet die Tüte vorsichtig und findet ein Croissants vor. Adriens face lights up and Plagg makes a comment that Nathalie doesn’t seem as bad as he thought she is.

Adrien reißt ein Stück des Croissants ab und bietet es Plagg, welcher es skeptisch annimmt.

Folge 8 – Deja Vu

Folge 9 – Essensschlacht

Folge 10 – Künstlerische Leidenschaft

Marinette läuft zu einem Jungen mit einer roten Jacke, welcher in einem Notizbuch schreibt, hält vor ihm und fragt, ob er mit in den Kunstraum kommen möchte.

The boy looks up slightly startled but agrees and follows Marinette.

Als sie die Treppe hinauf gehen, begegnen sie Alix, welche eine große Kiste voller Sprühdosen Richtung Kunstraum schleppt.

Marinette greift einen der Seiten der Kiste und hilft Alix so, die deutlich zu schwere Kiste zu tragen.

Als die beiden Mädchen, gefolgt von dem Jungen, den Kunstraum betreten und die Kiste vor der Backsteinwand abstellen, werden sie vom Kunstlehrer begrüßt. Marinette grüßt zurück, Alix bedankt sich bei Marinette für ihre Hilfe und gibt Monsieur Olivier seinen Schlüssel zurück.

Folge 11 – Der Horrorfilm

Sie betreten behutsam den Keller und schleichen so leise wie möglich durch den dunklen Gang. Die Helden checken jeden Raum an dem sie vorbeikommen, bis sie am Ende des Ganges den Hauptraum erreichen, wo sie Horrificator sehen, welche einen der Kokons verstärkt.

Cat Noir scheucht sofort alle in einen der Räume und schließt die Tür hinter sich.

Sie versuchen sich einen Plan zu überlegen und Ladybug setzt den Glücksbringer ein. Sie erhält zwei große Wackelaugen und ist durchaus verwirrt. Auch die anderen sind ebenso ratlos wie Ladybug, was sie damit tun soll.

Cat Noir sieht sich die Wackelaugen genauer an, während Ladybug sich im Raum umsieht.

Ladybug geht zu einem der Regale und nimmt sich eine große Decke und ein Seil, bevor sie sich an Ivan und Juleka wendet und sie darum bittet, ihnen zu helfen.

Die beiden stimmen zu und Ladybug nimmt Cat Noir die Wackelaugen wieder ab und beginnt etwas zu basteln.

Ladybug und Cat Noir kommen aus dem Raum und halten die Tür offen für eine große Gestalt, Max ist weiterhin am Filmen.

Horrificator bemerkt die Eindringlinge und rennt auf die große Gestalt zu, bevor sie vor dieser stehen bleibt und brüllt. Es wird revealed das Juleka und Ivan in einem Makeshift Monster costume stecken, auf welchem die Wackelaugen kleben. Ivan brüllt zurück und Horrificator schreckt etwas zurück und wird kleiner.

Ladybug und Cat Noir betreten den Hauptraum ebenfalls und bitten Ivan und Juleka weiter zu machen.

Horrificator wird immer kleiner und weiter nach hinten gedrängt, bis sie sehr klein an einer Wand kauert.

Ladybug geht zu ihr, hebt sie vorsichtig hoch und nimmt den Pin ab.

Cat Noir aktiviert den Cataclysmus und Ladybug wirft ihm den Pin zu, welchen er zerstört. Juleka und Ivan legen das Kostüm ab, Cat Noir fängt und reinigt den Akuma.

Folge 12 – Nachtschicht-Patrouille

Am Rand eines Gebäudes welches neben einem Park steht hält Cat Noir plötzlich. In besagtem Park sieht er eine Frau neben einem Baum stehen.

Ladybug hält neben ihm und Cat Noir teilt ihr seine Beobachtung mit, sie schlägt vor das sie nachfragen sollten ob es ein Problem gibt.

Die beiden Helden erreichen die junge Frau welche sich sofort an sie wendet und sie leicht verlegen fragt ob sie ihr helfen könnten ihre Katze vom Baum zu holen.

Bevor Ladybug irgendwas sagen kann ist Cat Noir bereits den halben Baum hinaufgeklettert.

Etwas überrascht von Cat Noir plötzlichem handeln beginnt sie sich mit der jungen Frau zu unterhalten. Auf dem Baum über ihnen schlängelt sich Cat Noir elegant durch die Zweige auf der Suche nach der Katze welche er schnell findet. Sie miaut ihn an und er hebt das weiße Fellknäuel vorsichtig vom Ast bevor er den Baum herunter klettert.

Unten gibt Cat Noir die Katze wieder an their owner. Sie bedankt sich mehrmals bevor sie sich auf den Weg nach hause macht.

Die beiden Helden nehmen ihre Patrouille wieder auf.

Nachdem sie weitere Dächer überqueren erreichen sie den Eiffelturm.

Ladybug fordert Cat Noir zu einem Wettklettern heraus, startet sie doch zu früh was dazu führt das Cat Noir ihr mit einem gespielten beleidigten Ton betrug vorwirft. Die beiden lachen und wenden ihren Blick dem Überblick über die Stadt zu. Sie halten einen Moment dort oben, Cat Noir merkt an wie merkwürdig es ist die Stadt so friedlich zu sehen wenn sie doch wissen das Hawk Moth sich irgendwo versteckt. Ladybug versichert ihm dass sie ihn irgendwann finden werden.

Folge 13 – Praktikumstag

Folge 14 – Plagg ist krank

Vor der letzten Unterrichtsstunde steht Adrien an seinem Schließfach und beobachtet besorgt Plagg, welcher unruhig zu schlafen scheint.

Plötzlich erscheint Chloé neben ihm und Adrien lehnt seine Schließfachtür schnell an damit Chloé nicht hinein blicken kann. Schnippisch fragt sie ob er was zu verbergen hat worauf hin er eben so schnippisch zurück fragt was sie sein Schließfachinhalt überhaupt angeht. Chloé, welche durch die art der Antwort merkt das sie ihm zu nah getreten ist, wendet sich ab und sagt das es sie sowieso nicht interessiert, Adrien seufzt nur bevor er sein Handy aus dem Schließfach nimmt und Nathalie anruft.

Nathalie nimmt schnell ab und fragt, ob es irgendein Problem gibt. Adrien erklärt, dass er sich nicht wohl fühlt, gerne das Fechten ausfallen lassen würde und direkt nach dem Unterricht nach Hause will.

Adrien packt seine Tasche, wirft sich eine schwarze Jacke über und öffnet vorsichtig seine Zimmertür. Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist leer, doch sieht Adrien, dass die Tür zum Atelier nur angelehnt ist. Schnell huscht er die Treppe herunter und geht in den dining room, schließt die Tür hinter sich, beinahe lautlos. Er betritt die leere Küche, durch welche er den Hinterausgang erreicht und unbemerkt das Haus verlässt.

Folge 15 – Das verlorene Buch

Cut zur Schule. Marinette und Alya laufen gemeinsam die Treppe hoch und Richtung Klassenzimmer.

Die beiden begrüßen ihre Klassenkameraden und setzen sich auf ihre Plätze. Madam Bustier betritt das Klassenzimmer, gefolgt von einem Mädchen, sie bittet um Ruhe und darum, dass sich das Mädchen der Klasse vorstellt.

Somit stellt sich Lila Rossi der Klasse vor, erklärt, dass sie erst diese Woche von Italien nach Frankreich gezogen ist und sich freut sich mit allen Anzufreunden. Marinette hat ein ungutes Gefühl bei ihr.

Nach ihrer Vorstellung setzt sich Lila nach hinten neben Nathaniel und der Unterricht nimmt seinen gewohnten Weg.

Nach dem Unterricht ist Marinette auf der Suche nach Alya, sie betritt die Umkleiden und findet Rose und Myléne. Die beiden erzählen ihr davon, dass Lila ihnen gesagt hat, dass sie auf einem Konzert in Italien Jagged Stone pers��nlich getroffen hat.

Marinette fragt die beiden, ob Lila das beweisen konnte, doch Rose und Myléne stellen die Gegenfrage, weshalb sie lügen sollte. Marinette geht einfach, um weiter nach Alya zu suchen.

Zurück auf dem Hof sieht sie sich wieder um, sie sieht Adrien, der in Begleitung von Lila Richtung Bibliothek läuft, Tikki meldet sich zu Wort und fragt, weshalb Marinette etwas gegen Lila hat.

Marinette antwortet, dass sie Lila nicht vertraut, something is off.

Marinette sieht Alya auf der anderen Seite des Hofes, sie setzt Tikki zurück in ihre Tasche und geht zu Alya. Bevor sie etwas sagen kann, erzählt Alya ihr von dem Interview, das sie mit Lila geführt hat, und drückt ihr ihr Handy in die Hand, um das Video zu starten. Im Video erzählt Lila, dass sie von Ladybug gerettet wurde und sehr gut mit ihr befreundet ist.

Marinete sagt Alya, dass sie sich sicher ist, dass Lila viel, wenn nicht nur lügt, und Alya fragt sie nach Beweisen dafür.

Marinette hält inne. Sie entscheidet sich dagegen, Alya etwas von ihren Beobachtungen zu erzählen, sie wird das Ganze einfach selbst in die Hand nehmen.

Alya bittet Marinette Lila einfach eine Chance zu geben und Marinette stimmt dem wenig begeistert zu.

Marinette verabschiedet sich von Alya und geht nach Hause.

Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir in einem kalten Weihnachten

Im Agrest Anwesen fehlt dem Weihnachtsaum nur noch der Stern an der Spitze.

Adrien ballt seine Hand um den Stern, bevor er sich Nathalie zuwendet und sie fragt, wann sein Vater zu ihnen kommen wird. Nathalie zögert, bevor sie sagt, sie wisse nicht, er habe noch zu tun. Adrien ist sichtlich verärgert über ihre Antwort und legt den Stern einfach auf den Tisch, bevor er den Raum verlässt, während er sagt, dass sie ihn rufen soll, damit er wieder herunterkommt, wenn sein Vater Zeit hat.

Nathalie und Fleury tauschen einen besorgten Blick.

Adrien erreicht sein Zimmer, in dem Plagg ihn fast begrüßt, bevor er merkt, dass sein Partner definitiv nicht in der Stimmung für Witze ist. Der Mensch legt sich auf die Couch und starrt aus dem Fenster und er bemerkt, dass der Schneefall zugenommen hat. Plagg setzt sich neben ihn.

Adrien steht plötzlich wieder auf und erschreckt dabei Plagg, bevor er zu seinem Schreibtisch geht, wo eine schöne silberne und goldene Geschenktüte liegt. Er hebt ihn unvorsichtig auf, macht ein paar Schritte um seinen Stuhl herum und bleibt vor seinem Mülleimer stehen. Seine Hand umklammert die Tasche, ohne sich darum zu kümmern, ob sie beschädigt wird oder nicht. Plagg fliegt schnell zu ihm und erinnert daran, wie viel Arbeit er in das Geschenk für seinen Vater gesteckt hat, Adrien lockert seinen Griff, bis es einfach in den Mülleimer fällt. Er fordert Plagg leise auf, ihn zu verwandeln, wogegen Plagg versucht zu protestieren, aber scheitert. Cat Noir eilt aus seinem Zimmer in die verschneite Nacht.

Am Ende treffen sich Ladybug und Cat Noir auf dem Eiffelturm, um kleine Geschenke auszutauschen.

Als sie zum Mond aufsehen, passiert eine Silhouette, die verdächtig so aussieht, wie man sich Santas Schlitten vorstellen würde, vor dem Mond.

Ladybug und Cat Noir starren überrascht den Mond an. Cat Noir lehnt sich langsam zu Ladybug rüber und fragt dann sehr leise "Hast du das gesehen?”

Diese Rewrite ist auf Eis gelegt, ich denke nicht das meine momentanen Fähigkeiten reichen um dieses Projekt auf eine Art und weise umzusetzen wie ich es möchte und ich habe einfach nicht die Zeit. Ich möchte lieber an anderen Sachen arbeiten, die ich tatsächlich machen und fertig stellen kann. Es ist möglich, dass ich dieses Projekt zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmal aufgreife, aber für jetzt werde ich an anderen Sachen arbeiten. Ich werde auch nichts Weiteres dazu posten, aber werde alles bereits gepostete online lassen.

Welcome to my Miraculous Rewrite Highlights for Season 1

If you don’t come from YouTube for context I started a Miraculous Rewrite a while ago and as I will not finish it anytime soon but I also didn’t want everything I did write to rot away in my docs I decided to choose some highlights, the best bits, and post them here. So, enjoy.

Season 1 – Adventures of Ladybug & Cat Noir

Folge 1 – Every beginning is difficult - part 1

Wayzz wakes up, alarmed because he felt that a Miraculous was activated.

He flies out of the gramophone and finds Master Fu doing yoga. He is wearing headphones and has his eyes closed which causes him to not notice Wayzz until he knocks the headphones from his head.

Wayzz explains that he felt a Miraculous being activated. Master Fu asks him if he knows which Miraculous it is but Wayzz has to say no, he can only say it’s one of the stronger ones.

Master Fu suggests that they begin the search for suitable holders just in case that the activated Miraculous could be used for evil purposes.

Wayzz agrees and the image fades out.

Folge 2 – Every beginning is difficult - part 2

Folge 3 – Everyday school life

Marinette, Alya, Nino and Adrien leave the classroom together and head to the cafeteria. Alya talks about some adjustments she's made to her blog. They get their food and sit down at an empty table.

They start to eat and talk a bit before Chloé shows up with Sabrina in tow.

Chloé asks Adrien why he isn't sitting with her, insulting the other three in the process.

Adrien asks Chloé to now insult his new friends and promises to have lunch with her tomorrow. Chloé walks away, scowling.

The four friends resume their conversation with Marinette and Nino slipping into a discussion about how long Chloé has been acting like this. Alya and Adrien can’t participate in the conversation.

Folge 4 – The weather report

Cat Noir catches the umbrella and destroys, releasing the Akuma. He picks up his staff and opens it, revealing a glowing inside similar to Ladybug's yo-yo, and he catches the akuma.

Cat Noir releases the butterfly and Ladybug uses the Miraculous Ladybug, repairing all damage and returning the weather to normal.

Folge 5 – No choice

When Madam Bustier begins the first lesson in the afternoon, she asks again who would like to be nominated as class representative.

Alya gently tries to urge Marinette to run for vice, but refuses for fear of ending up working with Chloé.

Nino overhears this and sets himself up as class representative.

This gives Marinette the courage to set herself up as vice class representative

Satisfied with the lineups, Madam Bustier asks the children to vote.

In the end, the majority of the class elects Nino and Marinette as class representatives and vice class representatives and the lessons continue.

Folge 6 – Disturbed connection

Folge 7 – Always the same song

After the bodyguard parks the car, they have to walk the rest of the way. There they pass a bakery in front of the window Adrien stops and looks inside. Nathalie stops a little further ahead and turns around.

Adrien cautiously asks if he could have something from the bakery, but Nathalie says no and reminds him that they shouldn’t be late.

Adrien walks ahead a bit dejected and the bodyguard looks at Nathalie intently and he opens his mouth but Nathalie just dismisses him with an "I know" before they keep walking.

Nathalie goes to Adrien and hands him a paper bag - which Adrien accepts hesitantly, when asked what's in it Nathalie does not answer and just leaves Adrien's room.

After the door fell shut, Plagg appeared over Adrien's shoulder and urged him to take a look inside. Adrien carefully opens the bag and finds a croissant. Adriens face lights up and Plagg makes a comment that Nathalie doesn’t seem as bad as he thought she is.

Adrien tears off a piece of the croissant and offers it to Plagg, who skeptically accepts it.

Folge 8 – Deja Vu

Folge 9 – Food Fight

Folge 10 – Artistic passion

Marinette walks up to a boy in a red jacket who is writing in a notebook, stops in front of him and asks if he wants to come to the art room with her.

The boy looks up slightly startled but agrees and follows Marinette.

As they go up the stairs, they meet Alix, who is carrying a large box full of spray cans towards the art room.

Marinette grabs one of the sides of the box, helping Alix carry the obviously heavy box.

When the two girls, followed by the boy, enter the art room and place the box in front of the brick wall, they are greeted by the art teacher.

Marinette says hello, Alix thanks Marinette for her help and gives Monsieur Olivier his keys back.

Folge 11 – The horror film

They enter the basement cautiously and sneak as quietly as possible through the dark corridor. The heroes check every room they pass until they reach the main room at the end of the hallway, where they see Horrificator reinforcing one of the cocoons.

Cat Noir immediately shoos everyone into one of the rooms and closes the door behind them.

They try to come up with a plan and Ladybug uses the lucky charm. She gets two big googly eyes and is quite confused. The others are just as clueless as Ladybug what to do with it. Cat Noir takes a closer look at the googly eyes while Ladybug looks around the room.

Ladybug goes to one of the shelves and grabs a large blanket and a rope before turning to Ivan and Juleka and asking them to help them.

The two agree and Ladybug takes the googly eyes from Cat Noir and starts to craft something.

Ladybug and Cat Noir come out of the room and hold the door open for a tall figure, Max continues to film.

Horrificator notices the intruders and runs towards the large figure before stopping in front of it and roaring.

It is revealed that Juleka and Ivan are in a Makeshift Monster costume with googly eyes stuck to it. Ivan yells back and Horrificator flinches and shrinks.

Ladybug and Cat Noir also enter the main room and ask Ivan and Juleka to continue. Horrificator keeps getting smaller and pushed further back until she's very small, crouched against a wall.

Ladybug goes to her, carefully lifts her up and takes off the pin.

Cat Noir activates the Cataclysm and Ladybug tosses him the pin, which he destroys.

Juleka and Ivan take off the costume, Cat Noir catches and purifies the Akuma.

Folge 12 – Night shift patrol

At the edge of a building next to a park, Cat Noir suddenly stops. In said park he sees a woman standing next to a tree. Ladybug stops next to him and Cat Noir shares his observation with her, suggesting they should check if there is a problem.

The two heroes reach the young woman, who immediately turns to them and, slightly embarrassed, asks if they can help her get her cat from the tree.

Before Ladybug can say anything, Cat Noir is already halfway up the tree.

Slightly surprised by Cat Noir's sudden action, she starts talking to the young woman. On the tree above, Cat Noir weaves gracefully through the branches in search of the cat, which he quickly finds. The cat meows at him and he carefully lifts the ball of white fur from the branch before climbing down the tree.

Back on the ground Cat Noir returns the cat to their owner. She thanks them several times before heading home.

The two heroes resume their patrol.

After crossing more rooftops you will reach the Eiffel Tower.

Ladybug challenges Cat Noir to a climbing contest, she starts too early, which leads to Cat Noir accusing her of cheating with a playful offended tone. The two laugh and turn their eyes to the overview of the city.

They pause up there for a moment, Cat Noir commenting on how strange it is to see the town so peaceful when they know Hawk Moth is hiding somewhere.

Ladybug assures him that they will find him eventually.

Folge 13 – Internship Day

Folge 14 – Plagg is sick

Before the last lesson, Adrien stands at his locker and anxiously watches Plagg, who seems to be sleeping restlessly.

Suddenly Chloé appears next to him and Adrien quickly closes his locker door so Chloé can't peek inside. She asks snippy if he has something to hide, whereupon he asks back just as snippy what the contents of his locker concern her at all. Chloé, noticing that she's offended him by the way he responded, turns away and says she doesn't care anyway, Adrien just sighs before taking his cell phone out of the locker and calling Nathalie.

Nathalie quickly picks up and asks if there's any problem. Adrien explains that he doesn't feel well, would like to skip fencing and wants to go home right after class.

Adrien packs his bag, throws on a black jacket and carefully opens the door to his room. The entrance area of the house is empty, but Adrien sees that the door to the studio is slightly ajar. He quickly darts down the stairs and goes into the dining room, closing the door behind him, almost silently. He enters the empty kitchen, through which he reaches the back exit and leaves the house unnoticed.

Folge 15 – The lost book

Cut to school. Marinette and Alya run up the stairs together and towards the classroom.

The two greet their classmates and take their seats. Madam Bustier enters the classroom, followed by a girl, she asks for silence and for the girl to introduce herself to the class.

With that, Lila Rossi introduces herself to the class, explains that she just moved to France from Italy this week, and is excited to befriend everyone. Marinette has a bad feeling about her.

After her introduction, Lila sits in the back next to Nathaniel and the lesson takes its usual course.

After class, Marinette is looking for Alya, she enters the locker room and finds Rose and Myléne. The two tell her that Lila told them that she personally met Jagged Stone at a concert in Italy.

Marinette asks if Lila could prove it, but Rose and Myléne counter-question why she should lie. Marinette just leaves to keep looking for Alya.

Back in the school yard she looks around again, she sees Adrien walking towards the library accompanied by Lila, Tikki speaks up and asks why Marinette has something against Lila.

Marinette replies that she doesn't trust Lila, something is off.

Marinette sees Alya across the school yard, she puts Tikki back in her bag and walks over to Alya.

Before she can say anything, Alya tells her about the interview she did with Lila and hands her her phone to start the video. In the video, Lila tells that she was rescued by Ladybug and is very good friends with her.

Marinete tells Alya that she's sure Lila lies a lot, if not just, and Alya asks her for proof of that.

Marinette pauses. She decides against telling Alya anything about her observations, she'll just take matters into her own hands.

Alya begs Marinette to just give Lila a chance, and Marinette unenthusiastically agrees.

Marinette says goodbye to Alya and goes home.

Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir in a cold Christmas

In the Agrest Mansion the only thing missing on the christmas tree is the star on top. Adrien clenches his hand around it before he turns to Nathalie, asking her when his father will join them. Nathalie hesitates, before saying that she doesn’t know, he still has work to do. Adrien is visibly upset with her answer and just puts the star on the table before leaving the room while saying that they can call him to come down again when his father has time. Nathalie and Fluery share a look of concern.

Adrien reaches his room in which Plagg almost greets him before noticing that his partner definitely isn’t in the mood for jokes. The human lays down on the couch and stares out the window, noticing the snowfall has picked up. Plagg sits down beside him.

Adrien suddenly gets up again, startling Plagg in the process, before going to his desk where there was a nice silver and gold gift bag. He picks it up harshly, takes a few steps around his chair and stops in front of his trash can. His hand clenching the bag, not caring if it becomes damaged or not. Plagg quickly flies over to him and reminds how much work he put into the gift for his father, Adrien loosens his grip until it just falls into the trash can. He quietly tells Plagg to transform him, against which Plagg tries to protest but fails. Cat Noir rushes out his room into the snowy night.

At the end Ladybug and Cat Noir meet on the Eiffel Tower to exchange gifts.

As they look at the moon they can see a silhouette strangely similar to what you would imagen Santas Sled to look passes infront of the moon.

Ladybug and Cat Noir both look stunned. Cat Noir slowly leans further to Ladybug before asking very quietly “Did you see that?”

03.03.2023 Update:

This Rewrite is on ice, I don’t think my abilities right now are enough to do this in a way that I will like it in the end and I don’t have the time. I’d rather work on other stuff that I can actually do and finish.I’ll possibly pick it up at a later point in time again but for now I will work on other projects. I won’t post anymore stuff to this but have decided to leave everything up I have already posted.

Stargate Atlantis & Voltron: Legendary Defender are the same if you just squint hard enough

You know

A group of people find ancient alien technologie, travel through a wormhole into another galaxy, find a giant castle/city-ship and get sucked into a war against an evil alien race that has been reigning for 10.000 years.

Chloé Bourgeois as a Teacher

This is a completely random Idea I can’t explain without spoiling a bigger project I have been working on so just bear with me.

Also I can’t english properly so no good punctuation to be found here

Chloé as a teacher makes so much sense (for me)

When she grows out of her childish behavior and learns.

She wouldn’t be nice teacher but she also wouldn’t be mean.

Students would probably listen to her very well and if you don’t mess with her she could actually be somewhat nice.

I would like to think that Miss Bustier did have a big impact on her.

That she learned from her own mistakes.

That she wants to prevent kids from becoming like herself, she wants to prevent another kid from falling into the same position as Sabrina, she want to prevent other kids from falling into the same place as Marinette.

I think she would most likely teach middel school or high school (so something between grade 6 to 10 so age 12 to 16).

Personally I see her teaching everything that has to do with writing stuff so french & literature as well as history.

(I thought this and then checked what Miss Bustier is teaching and it’s literally the same wups xD)

Assuming her english is good (which I do) she would help students who struggle with it if the learning methods of the actual english teacher just don’t work for them whenever she has time to do that (or if it’s necessary for a student to pass the year/a test/something else she would make time to help /she may complain a bit while doing so but she is the one who set up the meeting to help/)

I would also like to think that she tries to relay on her salary and less on the money she got from her parents for the most part

This Post is for me and everyone may interested in the editing of my videos in the hopes that someone learns something. Timelines will be added around the time where a new Video is released. BloopDea Video Timelines will (as of now) not be added in this.

I originally posted the Timelines on Twitter but decided to put them here in a Tumblr post as I find it looks cleaner and is easier to update.

It gets easier and easier to use the Aras and I like that very much. Also ! Markers !! They are actually useful for organization I’ll probably keep using them.

-Additional Information: This video took too long to edit. But it felt rather easy so I am getting somewhere. I am not satisfied with the transitions between the parts, I’ll test more with that in future BA Videos. Also markers !! Love markers, good for seperating large chunks of the video to have an easier overview of how much I should get done in one sitting.
