Been having some health issues that have impacted things and made it harder to do adulting things let alone write, but I’m slowly feeling better so fingers crossed!

I pretty much never do previews, but I figured that it’s been so long and people have been so patient that readers on my blog at least deserved one. This also proves that I am, in fact, still writing it you know?

It was a small job, but Jungkook still grabbed an oven mitt and did it carefully. The aroma of Jin’s ginger cookies filled his nose, causing him to discreetly lean a little closer to get a good whiff. He was sure his tail did twitch in anticipation this time, just a little. 

“It’s done?” Taehyung was hanging over Jin’s back, being his normal clingy self. “Should I call the—”

“Lunch time?” Jimin’s tinkling voice made them all turn around, his shock of blue hair visible as he popped his head into the kitchen. “Ooh is that dakgalbi?”

“Mhm, I helped!” Jin didn’t dispute Taehyung’s eager chirp verbally, but the long side eye he gave the golden was loud enough.

The finished chapter of nightsong is still coming! I was just thinking I would try and put it up here at the same time as the finished chapter of home calls the heart (which I am still writing cause it’s a bit longer than the nightsong chapter).

Also considering doing a master list since when I joined tumblr I didn’t understand how to make one and then when I figured out I never figured my stories would get popular enough to need one. But people ask me constantly, so when I get some time I will attempt it lol

Story Update

New chapter of nightsong!! Gonna upload it to ao3 first and then here, because it’s easier to convert as-is if I upload it to ao3 vs gdocs 🫡

My first confession of 2024 is that I haven’t been able to keep up with much kpop media in a while 😔 don’t dislike it or anything, just been kinda busy and rewatching or listening to the same old content, though mostly listening. Though I saw a gif of Hobi making a goofy face and man was I suddenly inspired to write 😂 I was like “ooh, pretty!” And opened the doc to continue where I left off.

The plan was Home Calls the Heart gets posted first since that’s what I figured everyone was waiting for, but at this rate it’ll be nightsong, then Home Calls the Heart, because HCtH is a much longer chapter. But hey, new content either way so followers who like my writing stay winning. 😅

thank you to those of you interacting with my tumblr 😭 I need to get around to using it a bit more and hope to soon, but just know that yes I’m still writing. I had hoped to post Home Calls the Heart during the holidays but life stuff slowed me down. I still am on break from school though so 🤞🏽 you guys are awesome for your patience, I’m always nervous I’m disappointing someone, even though I really do try to juggle everything to the best of my abilities

Okay I’m finally on break, yaaaay! Hoping I can crank out a little something during the holidays. Sorry this blog’s been slow to put out more content and thank you for being patient everyone 🥹 also those icky porn bots have returned it seems, so I may be doing a weeding of the accounts following me soon. Sooo I’m still working on writing, just busy with school…I feel like the next thing people would hope I’d update is Home Calls the Heart, and that’s certainly the plan to keep writing more for it. Nightfall is a briefer chapter though so that may get done first…and honestly I’ve had a SVTxreader idea living rent free for a while 😞 I need more time to execute all the ideas I come up with
