Gotta remember they are being filmed. It is not sexy. While they lock sets when filming scenes like this, which means limiting the number of people on set, they aren't lost in the moment. They are very aware of hitting their marks, not blocking the light. When he picks her up to take her to the bed, she moves her hair back so it doesn't block view of their kissing.

Interesting! My guess: Dig & Felicity find out that Oliver knew of a connection between them, and it finally comes out. And it's about Diggle's brother, Felicity's dad and Hive. Just a guess.
