i had a few people ask on my twitter about cosplay or fanart of this character so i wanted to make a readable ref for that! clover was literally created for all the black fans that loved the princesses, but only had recolors to latch onto(myself included), so i really wanted to make a mario princess that could stand next to the others so well it would be mistaken for canon (and it has a few times lol -pats my own back-) i know they'll never be canon, and HOPEFULLY nintendo will make a true black princess but i'm absolutely overjoyed whenever someone approaches me about this character and wanting to cosplay or draw for them. seriously makes me smile. a lot of my fire and aspiration i had when i was younger, and more ambitious has almost completely burnt out... so at the very least i want the things i create now to make people feel much better in a world that's kind of jaded the majority of us at every turn. lol sorry to be so chatty. i'm just genuinely so happy something i made was so well received and is living up to it's purpose ; _;! i do have a side account for this character as well! it's on and off active since i keep busy with commissions and... creating sacrifices for the twitter algorithm(lol) to get myself more out there. but i still have plans of working on this! the most asked question rn is how they met their partner Wisp and i have been trying to concept a whole comic around it. (it was supposed to drop halloween but it might take a bit since it's fully colored T T) there are also more questions i really need to hop on answering and i'll try to get to those as soon as i can! thank you to everyone on here who like, reblog, and leave sweet comments in the tags!
