But in all seriousness I really think that's the reason this jacket is so important to them because like to just imagine them being to sam like "I kept the damn thing because it was Gabes and I couldn't just get rid of it he gave me a place to feel like I belonged finally for once in my life even if I didn't take advantage of that opportunity sooner".

Okay guys this is a long one but it's a good one!

Okay okay so I have bipolar disorder (which if you need an explanation in simplest terms alot of people call it manic-depression which basically means I have intense feeling of depression and intense feelings of extreme happiness and they come in episodes and your probably like uhm we literally all get that but if needed I'll go into further explanation later on in another post)

but anyways it got me thinking like I mean really thinking could Darlin have bipolar disorder?

and here is my logic behind this (besides just wanting a reason to relate to a character)

When we were first introduced to Darlin they seemed to be a hyper-aggressive person. they could have thought or saw or heard something that made them angry and through what bipolar people know as "mania" they turned there anger and irrational behavior into a motivated hyperfixation plan. Now for me when I experience mania I think that everything is possible with the right amount of energy behind it so they through themselves at Quinn as if he was the source of there anger and went at it by the throat doing anything they could to get to him even if it meant putting themselves in danger also a symptom of bipolar disorder is the risky and impulsive behavior when in a manic state. You don't really think much you just go for it and say yolo basically.

In that one sam bonus audio he says that now that sam and darlin have crossed the bridge of having s*x darlin wants to do it a lot of the time (which we know he doesnt mind 😏). Another symptom of mania in bipolar disorder is a higher/increased s*x drive just saying.

Now moving forward up the time line a bit when darlin finds out Quinn has been around the Ferris area they start to think at a mile a minute which isn't a sign of mania its actually a sign of depression so this where I believe darlin has their first downward spiral into a depressive episode even though we don't get much content from this afterward at this point in the story line and this could be because when you are in a depressive episode you lose all of the motivation you before and your pretty much drained of any good feelings you had before. Now for most people including me when the depression hits it is really hard to get out of bed an you just feel really tried and basically sleep all day for the first few days and then just mope around for the rest until the depressive episode ends that's what I think happened to darlin after sam said they cannot chase after Quinn head on. The lied around in bed and thought all negative thoughts about themselves and just basically went through there depressive state like a champ BTW cause that is a really hard thing to get through!

Moving on even further in the more recent plot line darlin has changed their way of taking on Quinn and they don't want to you know chase after him and kill him cause he's been caught and after they heard all of Quinn's B.S that he was saying to sam and the exploitation of them they went into another depressive episode right after having just gotten through one (thanks a lot Quinn 🙄) but I guess we will see soon if that's true because we are getting our darlin and Quinn audio very very soon!

Anyways that's it for now if I come up with anymore thoughts I will probably reblog this and add more but will see anyways love you all!!!

Your Bite My Bark (Sam x Darlin)

This is a Wip of my new story coming out on A03 tomorrow at 3:00 PM

Darlin are you home? Sam calls from the living room clearly concerned from the previous slamming of the front door. Darlin chooses not to answer and just goes up to the bedroom, flop down on the bed and scroll on their phone for hours till they fall asleep. They close the door behind them when all of a sudden an "ow holy jesus" comes from behind it. Darlin opens the door to see Sam holding his nose. "I take it you're in a bad mood and I should give ya some space", Sam says while still holding his nose. Darlin stands there in shock of having just hurt their mate by accident. "Oh shit sorry Sam I didn't know you were behind the door", Darlin apologized their tone was firm and true but different than usual. Sam was starting to put the pieces together that Darlin was particularly frustrated with something better yet someone. "What's wrong Darlin", Sam asks in a calm soothing voice that almost causes Darlin to just break down in tears. He was always gentle when it came to Darlin, he knows they have always been yelled at and criticized when they were mad even if they had a good reason to be mad. Darlin looks at Sam with a blank expression on their face as they go so pale it makes Sam's heart drop for a second. "Darlin you alright?", Then the paleness in their face flushes to a shade of red from right before mad, but trying to keep themselves composed for fear of their anger. "Yeah I'm fine just a bit of a long day I guess" they say brushing the hair quickly but letting it fall back onto their face almost as if they didn't want to be seen or as if they were hiding something from him. "Darlin talk to me . . . please" He says while taking their hand in his and placing a gentle kiss to the knuckles. They find it hard to meet his gaze for fear of seeing the disappointment in his eyes those beautiful hazel eyes they loved more than anything. They take a deep breath. " I had to go to a pack meeting today and as you might imagine it was about Quinn and David made me speak in great detail for hours. We just kept going over the same topics over and over again. I need to be more careful and we can't put the pack at risk and all that load of bull crap." Their gaze dropped from Sam's beautiful eyes down to the floor. "oh Darlin" He began "come sit on the bed" He slowly led them towards the edge of the bed and sat down together. "You can talk to me Darlin you know that don't you?" Sam always had a soft tone when it came to Darlin because he was sure they have had enough yelling directed at them for a lifetime of hurt.

Well I know I said I wasn't going to watch it because I just simply didn't have the mental strength to do so but I just had to solder on because you know I don't miss a video EVER so I just thought how bad can it be. Don't worry Im doing just fine I only cried a little I promise. anyways here are my thoughts.

It really hurt my feelings to think that in the one audio "telling your boyfriend you're a telepath" Geordi says "oh my god there gonna break up with me" it just hurts to see how concerned he was and then had to be the one to call things off. That did not sit well with me.

Another thought I have is that Geordi chooses his words very carefully for cutie as portrayed in the same spring back video he is afraid of saying something that will make cutie think he is weird. But cutie was just as scared of telling Geordi about being in his head after the conversation they had so I wonder if cutie finally felt what it was like to think like him for once.

In the first-ever Geordi video also known as " Listening In On Your Boyfriend's Thoughts" It's audible that Geordi is cooking something that is sizzling and it also happens to be that same sound in the recent post aswell so could that have just been the last audio we get from Geordi? (I really don't think it is because when Erik is done with a character he makes them a playlist that says complete I have been checking repeatedly and he hasn't ended the playlist yet. but I don't think this is the end well more like I hope not)

Geordi has given cutie an ample statement that if they are going to be in his head why don't they just say they're in his head he didn't even say "ask" he said "say" so clearly he would be completely fine as long as he was aware so cutie really must have issues they need to work out because now I'm putting some pieces together

I have many more thoughts but Im not gonna waste your time because most of them are nonsense and HC's but if you want more lemme know!
