Trying hard not to lose steam, as this baby is massive... the main floor and exterior/gardens are finito, but the ground floor and upper suites are still in progress.
Any guesses as to which mythological figures this villa will be named for? (There is a big hint in one of these screenshots).

My palatial Italian villa is turning out really nicely... It's slow-going as I've started over three times now, but I think the layout and build elements I landed on are nice. I'm making no effort to limit the CC so it'll be a doozy, but I think the final result will be worth it.

Took a break from my continued work on the safe file project to bring you some artistic industrial lofts! Description and download below the cut.
After watching this couple from Salem, NY beautifully renovate an old garment factory on one of the new Magnolia Network shows, I had to try my hand at this style...
Once a crumbling factory, this historic brick building in the heart of San Myshuno’s Spice Market neighborhood has taken on a new life. Boasting 2 separate units (1 and 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths), this co-op is the perfect space for artists looking to live and work in one cohesive space. The first floor boasts a large shared art studio, including a kiln and personal storage. Residents also have access to the rooftop lounge space with a grill, hot tub, and stunning views of the bay.
Note: Shared spaces are fully furnished; units are unfurnished and ready for your personal touch. CC is included. Unfortunately the walk-in kiln is decorative only, but it sure was fun to make!

Well, as soon as I can determine if this whole 'For Rent save corruption bug' won't be a major impediment to sharing this project with all of you... I swear I have repaired my game 20 times recently, and had to start a new save to unstick a lot from being a Residential Rental.
For the first time ever, I'll be attempting an entire world renovation. Can you guess which one based on the preview here?

I am THRILLED! Until we have a comprehensive CAW these types of world mods keep me immersed in building to the world's style, instead of having my builds clash with the environment. Now if only we could have more historical world mods for ancient, medieval, etc...

I'm so excited to finally announce that my Paris world mod will be released (in early access) tomorrow, just in time for your sims to celebrate Valentine's day in the city of love!
If you've been following me for a while, you may know I've been working on transforming Discover University's Britechester world into Paris. I've been building this world for months, and it's finally ready to be shared!
I'm also excited to announce that I've collaborated with the amazingly talented @bbygyal123 to bring you the most beautiful Parisian builds and a few custom objects.
This new world will be the perfect backdrop for your French-inspired builds and storylines. More details to come tomorrow so mark your calendar! ♡

Villa Gotland · A Swedish Country House · 40x30 · CC

My desire for spring to come again is already here - so I'm hoping this furnished country house, inspired by the villas of Gotland, brings you a little sun. I always loved how these houses balance elegance with simplicity - I wanted this one to reflect lightness and femininity. I was inspired by the exterior of this real VRBO!
This house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 2 terraces, a summer garden, and an outdoor dining area. CC is included!

I'm back from my trip and ready to build again. Right now I'm playing around with a Swedish-inspired country house, that will go very well in any of the Windenburg island lots. This will be a furnished build, because I can't resist doing it up in rustic Scandi style!

Holly Cottage · 20x20 · A Christmas Build
Move over, Nancy Meyers! This traditional Henford cottage has all the creature comforts you need to live out your holiday fantasies in the countryside. The halls are decked, the cookies are in the oven, and the tea is steeping. Come visit Holly Cottage!
I'll be taking a long break from posting soon, as I'll be travelling over the holidays for a while, seeing family across the country and attending my dearest friend's wedding. Unfortunately my behemoth of a laptop will be left home, so no Sims for a while!
As a sendoff, I created this cottage inspired by Kate Winslet's house in The Holiday.
I tried to make it look like it would on Christmas Eve night, maybe before a party starts - cheery, gifts wrapped, baked goods on display. It has 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths.
As with most of my builds, this is quite CC-heavy. CC is included in the link.

Tam Nang Sands is a newly renovated Tomarang villa. With two stunning guest suites, a spa-like bathroom, full kitchen, pool, and multiple lounging areas and terraces, you'll never want to leave. Enjoy fresh mango juice from your palatial colonnade overlooking Koh Sahpa, or enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower after exploring everything Tomarang has to offer.
A while ago, I started seeing pictures of Satri House in Laos pop up in my Pinterest recommendations. Satri House is a colonial-era property that was renovated into its current state as a luxury hotel. I had always wanted to do a build based on it, and now with the new world of Tomarang, there’s no better setting.
This build is set as a residential lot, but can easily function as a vacation rental for your visiting Sims!
A little warning, this build is CC-heavy. Now that I’ve discovered how easy Tray Importer is, you’ll probably see a lot more furnished builds, albeit with tons of CC…

Saltbox: A Little Women Inspired Build

The Saltbox style home is a New England staple. Built during the colonial period of American history, these homes were simple and functional.
One of the most famous colonial era homes is Orchard House, where Little Women author Louisa May Alcott lived with her parents and sisters, and was almost a character in the novel itself. To bring your cozy autumn to a close this year, I wanted to create a house inspired by the Alcott home, in all its eclectic warmth. Like Orchard House, this build is early colonial in architecture but mid-19th century in furnishing and decor. Where possible, I’ve tried to keep the appliances and plumbing off-the-grid, as a nod to the time period. It has a kitchen, dining, formal parlor, sitting room, mud room, three bedrooms, and a flexible attic space to stage all your childhood plays.
This build is very CC heavy, but I have included a sortable CC list and folders this time which should allow you to only keep the Build CC and eliminate the Buy if you’d rather furnish it yourself CC-free.
