Like she cares about people with such a passion and I adore it. Something about someone loving you so much that it would be stupid to assume you're anything less than a joy to be around to them. Of course he did the right thing.
There's no question about it, if he hadn't pulled that switch and shut down the test, his brother would have died.
But he still cant stop thinking about it.
Every time he closes his eyes, he sees Seto's face, contorted in pain, eyes blown wide, veins popping from the stress on his body and brain.
All he ever wanted was to see his brother smile again. Now that twisted expression of agony is burned into his mind.
Their head scientist had hesitated to pull the switch himself, even as Seto's vitals set off every alarm.
What if he hadn't been there?
Seto had been alone in his own personal lab when he'd rushed into Duel Links.
What if Mokuba hadn't called his brother when he had?
His chest hurts. Mokuba rolls onto his back, staring up at the ceiling.
It's okay, he tells himself. What matters is that Seto's okay--
Seto is okay, right?
He had given in to the pleading from Mokuba, Isono, and their head scientist and submitted to a physical, but Seto had promptly returned to his private lab after, only giving his brother some quick reassurance in passing.
Mokuba groans. The stillness of his massive bedroom suite feels suffocating. He slips out from under his heavy comforters and into some pajama pants. He tiptoes across the hall, only to hesitate outside Seto's door.
It's been so long since he's crawled into his brother's bed. He knows he's getting too old for such childish comforts, but tonight he needs to know that Seto's okay. To see his face at peace instead of--
Mokuba swallows thickly and raises a hand to tap quietly on the door.
No answer.
He must be sleeping, resting after the turmoil of the evening.
Mokuba turns the knob, entering his brother's room quietly and carefully, only to find it
empty.
His stomach sinks as he realizes. Despite nearly dying just hours ago, Seto's spending yet another night away in his private lab, locked to everyone, even his little brother. Of course. Just like every night since their trip to Egypt.
Really, what else had he expected?
For a moment, Mokuba considers calling his brother on the monitor in his lab, just to see his face and hear his voice. But he already interrupted Seto's precious research once. He doesn't want to push his luck doing so again, especially for something so pathetic.
Instead, he walks across the plush carpet of Seto's bedroom suite to the mini bar in the corner, hardly touched by the man it belongs to, underage himself. So, it won't be noticed if Mokuba takes a couple sips of something or other. Not much, just enough to quiet his brain and blur the memories of his brother's agonized expression. He hisses and shivers and gags at the taste, but still swallows it down, along with this awful evening.
He's careful to return the bottle exactly as it has been before, though several sips lighter, and returns to his own room to sleep it off. After all, he has to get up in the morning to run Kaiba Corporation so his brother can focus on his own, far more important projects.
As he crawls back into his own bed, alone, he reassures himself once again.
Of course he's doing the right thing.

Kaiba is asexual/aromantic
Anzu is the only person Mokuba would approve of for his brother
Kaiba first got an interest in her when she completely beat him at Duel Monsters (i mean she beat Joey all the time before, and she won all the times she ever played)
he’s grateful to her for saving Mokuba
he was disappointed when he saved her from getting crushed and she said nothing to him
she said nothing b/c she didn’t know what to say to him, but later on she finds him alone and sincerely thanks him. he shrugs it off but he’s unusually silent after
Kaiba has no idea how to get anyone’s attention in a positive, non-confrontational/bullying way, so he has no idea how to react to Anzu’s unconditional kindness, even after all the shit he’s put her through. not that she doesn’t give as good as she gets
Kaiba still thinks about the times she got in his face and yelled at him, being the only one with enough guts to call him out on his bullshit
Anzu is the only one of Yugi’s friends that Kaiba is okay with, and is fine with her playing with and babysitting his brother
Anzu is often frustrated with Kaiba because she can never read him, but she always tries to be kind to him and often tries to get him to open up
Kaiba dislikes physical contact and naked skin. Anzu respects this
besides Mokuba, she’s the only one to get under his skin and make him to rethink his actions
she often tries to get him and her friends to hang out, but it never ends well
the first time they broke the ice is when Jonouchi pissed them both off, so they got together and viciously pranked him back as revenge
he’s terrified of small, dark spaces and one time she had to calm him down from a panic attack
she’s the only one who ever notices when he’s overworked and tired or hurt
he still calls her names b/c he’s Kaiba, but he does it less viciously then with Jonouchi/Joey and the others
he likes to tease her about how short she is compared to him
she finds his soft spot for Mokuba adorable

I did it! I re-drew the sketch of this piece into a real art work!
I never knew if I'd make it and if I'd stick to the digital art practice routine, but this actually works out for me right now. (Happy!)

I love the idea of Seto Kaiba the always-winning-genius-kid being eager to beat everyone in everything, even knowing how to impress a pro dancer in her very territory. 🤭 It was actually not even meant to be a very "romantic" scene per se, more like him being arrogant and showing off his skill and she is shocked and flustered. But feel free to apply any kind of interpretation you want. It's all up to you! 🤭
I changed the posture and Anzu's dress a little bit, because I thought it looked so unbalanced and her skirt was too puffy before.
