This is Malaysia Duran. She’s a young adult who just moved into Oasis Springs. She has no siblings, and her parents just passed away a few months ago. Now she’s all alone in the world with their dog Rosie. They left her just enough money for her to purchase a small home and get it furnished. She misses her parents every day, and uses gardening and fitness as an escape to get through it. She was offered a job as a Sunken Treasure Hunter, and it’s been good working there but she is noncommittal so she doesn’t want to stay there long. Malaysia eventually wants to have her own family, have a bunch of friends, and become successful just like her parents. She’s ready to experience all the laughs, love, fights, and heartbreaks. She knows it’s going to be a long journey, but it will be worth it to make her parents proud. 🤍
