i have decided nothing is going to stop me writing.
not self-doubt, not comparing myself to others, not fear or shame or any other accompanying emotion i sometimes find myself feeling.
the rush i get when i complete a fic — or, even start — is worth everything i push myself through to get there. being able to share my work with others is so amazing, but writing for me is a form of self-care i won’t ever give up.
it’s what i was meant to do.
