Stellantis-brand Alfa Romeo said it would change the name of its new "Milano" to "Junior" - which is a shame because I have one of this name from 1970 and it looks way cooler - to end a row with Italy's government, which criticised the choice of an Italian name for a vehicle made in Poland. However, Leipzig has always been a bit more open and builds its own Alfa : Škoda Felicia Fun pickup. one of 4016 built 1997–2000. Incidentally, it is the first Skoda that we have paid attention to.

10 years on Tumblr now, and it's been a wonderful waste of time so far. Post no. 694 is a Renault Estafette (1959-1980) - without any deeper meaning, just for the love of old cars

„Revolt against kiddy car compacts. Go '67 Dart!" (Print Advertisement for the so called Dodge Rebellion Operation)
Dodge Dart GT convertible
Although discovered on dusty roads somewhere on Ibiza, it cannot be one of the Dodges produced in Spain under license by truck manufacturer Barreiros at that time. This is because from 1965 to 1971 in Villaverde near Madrid only the 1963 version of the Dart was built. And it was only available as a saloon and estate with a slightly different look. A Dodge Diesel and the Dart 3700 GT followed in 1969. Barely 18,000 of all these Spanish versions were produced.
If you know more than the average European like us about this car, which you hardly ever get to see here, let us know.

What a difference a 60 mm longer wheelbase makes: Alfa Romeo 2000 Berlina (the red one) and Guilia 1300 Super, the more tight-fitting suit. But size doesn't matter, as not only the Italians know: Two of the sexiest sedans ever built.

Another variant of Britain’s world-beating utility vehicle (and thank you very much for sparing us the "sports" that usually precede it): Mid-1990s Land Rover Defender 110 Tdi. The real sport for men is to construct a cool, individual body. No mountain is high enough with this rear end...

Introduced as „Schnell-Lastwagen“ in 1955: Mercedes-Benz L 319, probably a former fire truck and cute as an deep sea angler fish somehow. Or is it just me who sees similarities?

In 1960, an absolute masterpiece of the Milan Carrozzeria Zagato was created in an English-Italian collaboration: the Aston Martin DB 4 GT Zagato. 50 years later, the decision was made to launch a new creation for the anniversary: the Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato, which went into small series production almost exactly 12 years ago. A total of 101 units were produced at a sporty price of around 500,000 euros. But 510 bhp in an Italian dress were good arguments. One of these cars surprisingly crossed our path in Hamburg. The roof, hood and doors were handcrafted from aluminum, while the front and rear fenders, trunk lid and side sills are made of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic. Less weight is more. And if you look closely, you will even recognize the typical Zagato "double bubble" roof. Sprezzatura at its best!

These rims just ruin the fabulous Hollywood look, if we may say so. Third generation 1968 Buick LeSabre 400 with a 280-horsepower 350 four-barrel V8. Years before, we could see how the misery began.

I kind of like this fishy car: Amphicar 770 (1961–1968), the little man's whimsical yacht, constructed by Hans Trippel. A bowl of grease has always belonged on board. After every trip on the water, 13 nipples had to be lubricated. On solid ground, an estimated 120 km/h was the reward, in the water up to 6.5 knots.

The trapezoidal Seat 1500 (1963-1972), equipped from 1969 onwards with the bold, four-eyed front of the in-line six-cylinder Fiat 2600.
If you look under the hood, however, there was only an engine with the power of the square styled Fiat 1500 L behind it. Nevertheless, it was already considered a car worthy of a chauffeur in Spain in the 1960s. As the front bench seat was officially approved for three passengers, up to six people could travel in the car.
They have almost completely disappeared from the Spanish streetscape.

It was patience that we had And the miles we had left That held us there Until we could let go (if our hearts would ever come around) I was born in 1989 (Portugal. The Man)
3rd series Alfa Romeo Spider Aerodinamica (1983–1989) in a somehow nerdy newer than new condition and which you drive with a certain defiance against all reality here in Germany in winter.
