I don’t think people realise just how insane Rose Tyler and Jack Harkness’s friendship actually is.
They had only known each other for a few months when she lost him and she was so devastated that she brought him back to life and made him a fixed point in time.
When he was stuck on earth he spend years looking after her younger self until he could find the Doctor again and when he finally did one of the first things he asked is if she was really dead because he just couldn’t believe it.
This is insane.

I’m just saying, we don’t actually know what Rose Tyler influenced when she created Bad Wolf.
Because "Bad Wolf" is the name that guides her through time and space but "Rose" is the name that guides him home, that helps him believe everything will be fine as long as he lets people help him, that gives him hope.
It’s the name that saved him over and over again and will always save him.
The name that makes him believe he can do better.
