『Request』 Levi Ackerman x Taller! Reader
Sorry if this is shit I can’t really write nice rn, but I do love me some SnK content!
Levi seems almost unaffected by the obvious statement that his darling (Y/N) is almost like a titan in comparison to his short figure. He prefers not to confront anything related to the topic, as he is a bit self conscious about being short.
When alone, he’s less stoic and brooding, and more open about his thoughts. He opens up a lot about feeling inferior, as it was implemented in him from a young age that the woman was supposed to be the short and feeble one, and not the male.
Reassurance of his incredulous rank in the survey corps is guaranteed as an answer from you, constant compliments about the amazing feats he has achieved and the name that he has earnt himself.
Likewise with you. If you ever feel that you’re out of place being too tall for a man, he’d always make sure that you know how much he cares and appreciates your presence: rare coming from Heichou.
Levi is the perfect armrest, headrest: you name it. You love resting your head on his, and leaving onto his shorter stature . Though he thoroughly discourages any of this sappy and teasing act to be shown in public, he can’t help but turn on his feet and hide his blushing face into your neck, so none of the cadets can tease him for it.
The motherly feeling of being cradled closely to you brings him at rest, at times when Kutchel would hold him close to her and nurture him: feeding him with the knowledge that lead him onto this pathway of a soldier. He’s so calm.. and easily falls asleep.
Anything that makes Levi feel better about his image, you do it! You love and support Levi with every ounce of your being, and you hate seeing him down and upset. (Not like it contrasts to his nonchalant behaviour shown around the scouts)
He finds it annoying to have to stand on his tippy-toes to give you a kiss, and quite frankly, he feels like a fool doing so. Hange, if she ever dared stumble across this would make a laughing stock out of the usually silent and serious Captain Levi.
Levi likes to be authoritative, so usually, he would pull you down to his height, flustering you greatly and kissing you there. That way, he gets to see (Y/N) being adorably and blushed red, and feel a bit more dominant and powerful.
On missions, Levi always looks out for you (stating that it’s not hard to find a tree among a field, as a joke: he’d never mean it seriously) not only because you’re a valuable soldier to humankind behind the walls, but that he respects and values you as a significant other: appreciating that you love him, and all his kinks and quirks.

first and foremost, i would like to say that none of this is meant to call anyone out on how they write sakusa. instead, i just want to try clearing out the slightly weird image that has been created for him by the fandom. i feel like some of his traits have been accentuated to a point of exaggeration that makes him a very unlikable character. thus, i’ll go ahead and point out how i see sakusa’s character.
