Weekly weigh in and yesterday omad
This morning I weighed in at 89.8kg/198lbs
I’m so happy to be under 90/200! I’m not losing as FAST as I’d like but I know it takes time. 💕
Yesterday I made arrabiata (tomato, bacon, chilli, garlic) with edamame pasta. So good! I really prefer this pasta now. It has a delicious flavour and it doesn’t make me feel bloated 🫶
410kcal for dinner and I had a few pistachios too. ☺️

Smashed avocado with roasted veggies 361kcal, this was delicious!
I had such a brutal day at work, someone called in sick and it was extremely busy. I’m also working two extra days this week. My brain is telling me to eat something extra as a ‘treat’ but I’m full 🤣 definitely not listening 🙉

Today I started my period and it’s been super crampy and horrible so i decided to treat myself with a dessert today.
Dinner was chorizo spinach and egg, dessert was yogurt with homemade granola, berries and dark chocolate 💝
Managed to get both meals for 566kcal so happy with that! Haven’t finished my yogurt yet either 🫶

Okay! Okay! I know… I’ve been terrible recording my omad recently. Probably because I’ve been grazing bits and pieces at work. The odd chip for example. I utterly HATE MYSELF for this. I know it’s breaking my fast, I know it’s carbs. I’ve also not been drinking enough water, so my weight has stalled. This has made me feel shitty which makes me graze again. It’s never many calories in total, maybe 1-200 extra a day. But it’s the principle. My lack of goddamn control!
Yesterday was disgusting, I took a huge bite out of my husbands burger. Bun and all… luckily I couldn’t finish my dinner of tomato soup. The guilt was too much.
I swear this is the end of my ‘mini binges’
I know what road this leads too…first mini bing3s, then normal bing3s, then secret bing3s and then *Mia* will visit and I’ll be b/p every day. I cannot have that, I promised my hubby I won’t purg3, it’s too dangerous. I need to stick to restricting. Today I ate a chicken tender at work and an onion ring. Fat cow. I don’t deserve dinner. I will allow myself a boiled egg that’s all.
This all spiralled from one day the scale being higher (it dropped one day to 91kg then rose to 92kg next day) and didn’t drop back to 91 at all. I cannot allow the scale to make me lose control, it should make me more determined!!!
As of this morning I was 92.8kg… Urgh. Need to get under 90 asap. This is the next goal, I will succeed!
NO MORE SABOTAGING MYSELF!!!

I was so proud of myself yesterday! Was at my best mates with my hubby. I only had two cans of jd and made myself roast veggies, avocado and egg while they both had pizza and garlic bread! I didn’t touch a bite 😊 yay! I did have a few nuts but I can accept that!
