Yaaaay! So we’ve been talking about some AU’s in the GITM discord server and one of several caught my attention. Dead By Daylight Ghost In the Machine!!! I was so excited that I made a personal goal to draw at least one DBD Killer Skin for each of the GITM bots we know so far! To be clear this is not canon to the actually GITM story, this is a discord AU made with the author’s permission. Also, I want to give credit to a lot of people in the server since all these are basically cooked by the amazing artists and writers on there!

So without further ado… here are the sketches for Shinigami Misuta and Maestro Fool!

Question for the farm au: If a kid walked onto the farm and encountered Sun and Moon after it was abandoned, how will they react to the child being there?

Good Question! Truthfully, they would probably react the same way as with an adult. In this AU, Sun and Moon have been guarding the farm for 20 years. Only the owners of the farm would probably stand a chance, but even then.... there is something else at work here.

But that is very unlikely to happen. A child would not be there on thier own, and unless you know of the farm and are willing to drive for almost an hour to get to it, it's pretty out of the way.

(This AU is suppose to be more horror oriented)

You mentioned that the Jinn traveled to sacred temples back in their hay day? Are there any temples left standing?

Well, if there are, all that is left are the ruins of it. As a matter of fact, prof y/n found Sun's bottle inside the ruins of a temple... along with the remains of many shattered bottles. His was the only one still intact, the prof found it half buried in the sand, somewhat hidden away.

So, I have written one thing:

"Alright, then," you say as you sit up and pull out your small graphite pencil and old worn leather notebook. You lick your finger as you turn to a new blank page and glance up at the two Jinn hovering in the room. "How is a new Jinn created?" You ask with genuine curiosity in your voice.

Actually, that was more than one last line, wasn’t it?

Anyways, here are partials of the two sketches I was working on. Both are from GITM AUs (DBD and Band). Not canon!

Regarding that last drawing of the Arabian knights boys and Prof. Y/N, why should you never play against a Jinn?

Not too sure, but what I do know is that if you do, you are more likely to lose. And if it’s a Djinn, they like to play for stakes! *glances at the Prof who just lost*

Yaaaayyyy! Finally was able to draw on a magma session! I missed a few with the holidays, but it feels good to jump back on it.

Anyways, please accept a Sun sketch and an Arabian Knights AU sketch! Never play games against the Jinn.

My brain is going a mile a minute, so I'm sorry for spamming the ask box, but can you tell us anything about what the Jinn culture is like? Are there any Jinn left other than Sun and Moon?

:) Don't worry! I love the asks! Spam away! Besides, if I need a break from asks, I can always just turn them off temporarily.

Ok, so let me see if I can answer your questions in the opposite order.

As Sun mentioned in one of my concept sketches, there are no other Jinn around except him (which we know is not true because of Moon). But besides them, there are no others. They either died off or made themselves scarce. Some even claim that they forced themselves to hide amongst humans (easier for some tribes than others) until their bloodline completely thinned out, leaving no trace of the Jinn.

Now, the Jinn culture is very tribal and nomadic in nature. They are desert people who tend to never stay in one place for long. The Jinn are separated into 3 types: those who can shapeshift, those who can fly, and those who can travel like humans. Each type has its own set of tribes. Those tribes although friendly with each other, tend to never intermingle. Each seperate tribe is organized as follows: Tribe Elders, Tribe Chief, Tribe Warrior, Tribe Healer, Tribe Hunters/ Foragers. All of them work together to raise the children, and none of them are above the other. They all respect each other, and they are all trained to fight. If two Jinns have a disagreement, they try to resolve it amongst themselves, if that doesn't work, they go before the elders; and if that still doesn't work they settle it in a Warrior's Fight in front of the Tribe. The Jinn also have temples that they consider sacred and often travel to them. Some of these temples even have special magic that only the elders are permitted to use.

What WOULD happen if your arabian knights bois played metal? What kind of music do the Jinn as a culture enjoy?

Hohohohohoh, definitely they would play music like Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. Particularly, "Trouble in the Barracks" and "Conflict at the Entrance"

As for the music for the Jinn culture… I feel like the type of music the Jinn listen to would have a lot of drum, string, and wind instruments and vocalizing/chanting…. Very tribal in nature. Oh! Yanni would be a good example!

Yeah! That’s what I picture! I’m actually gonna add this to the playlist. But, basically tribal music that can be danced with a partner *wink* or around a bonfire. :) (I’m even thinking songs from the Prince of Egypt, like "Heaven’s Eyes")

Arabian knights: Other than wish granting, what powers do Sun and Moon have

Metal Rock AU: How do Sun and Moon (and maybe Eclipse if that's okay) react to fangirls at meet and greets? How do they react to fan boys? (I don't know if fanboys and fangirls have a difference in behavior lol)

Ooooooo, fun questions! These are gonna be interesting to answer! And questions for my Metal Rock AU as well!? How exciting!!!

Ok, so… this is gonna be a bit long, so I’ll put it under the cut.

Arabian Knights AU: Besides the ability of "wish granting" (I’m working on a comic to elaborate on the term, the Jinn actually refer to it as "granting favors"), Sun and Moon do have other abilities! So Sun and Moon are both Marids which are Jinn that have powerful magic and have been known to transform into Giants. However, Sun and Moon come from different tribes, so they naturally have different types of abilities. Sun’s tribe is known for the ability to shapeshift into any living creature, except animals that take flight. Moon’s tribe is know for the ability of flight and speed. In addition, the Jinn are more connected to the natural world so they have the ability to manipulate the elements. Another innate ability is that they are invisible to humans unless they show themselves. So let’s say that what might be two Marid Jinn giants fighting in the desert, to us it may just look like a violent sandstorm. But one thing to remember is that as a Jinni or a Djinn, their power is bound and limited.

Now, for the other half of the ask.

Metal Rock AU: So what’s interesting is that Sun and Moon were originally theater bots, so they LOVE performing for an audience. However, when it comes to one-on-one interactions with people it’s a little more complicated since they are currently Daycare Attendants and spend most of their time interacting with kids, not adults (their AI has not learned how to do this very well yet). Thankfully they have the glamrocks to give them a few tips on how to deal with the fans. But the way I see it, Sun enjoys the attention of the fans, he likes heavy stimulation so having a lot of fans wanting to interact with him (autographs, photos, interviews, etc.) would make him very happy. However, if they get too wild he starts getting overwhelmed and his anxiety starts kicking in, he’s good at riling people up and expending people’s energy (mostly kids), but not calming them down. I imagine at a meet and greet he would be really happy, but if a fan tries something, he may start getting nervous and panicking. Now, Moon also enjoys the attention of the fans, but he tends to be more laid back. He is also very good at crowd control since he has a very calming effect on his fans. However, there is always a chance a few fans may go wild and cause a ruckus, which in turn may trigger his security protocol. Either way, they both try to do work around their AI protocols to deal with the fans better, it’s a learning experience for them. Also, let’s not forget they both have the Stage Manager to save them from any mishaps. :)

As for Eclipse… he comes later in the story and has the combined knowledge of what both Sun and Moon have learned. So he is actually the best with his fans. However… there appears to be some kind of g̸̞̋l̷̲̚ĩ̸͚ť̸̫c̷͚̏h̵̞̕ in his system that is causing some issues… but I’m sure it’s nothing serious. :)
