one of my favourite things about caswen is how ej can read ricky like a book.
he knows within seconds of meeting him that heās not over nini simply by making eye contact.
he knows ricky is still falling for gina (and vice versa) the moment he interacts with him again at camp.
he knows that ricky wants his electric guitar just by hearing him talk about it (even though he was technically just saying anything to avoid the truth).
but he also knows that ricky wonāt confront the truth without being pushed. so he pushes him.
basically this whole ramble is me saying that my favourite caswen headcanon (itās a bit canon) is that ej sees through rickyās delightful charm [snark] right away.

There is so much to unpack in this one shot, and I love it. (I mean I also hate it because this scene alone made me feel robbed by the end of the season but that's besides the point)
So first off, Matt's arms. I know we were all thinking it. Also his hair looks gorgeous here.
Second point, call me crazy, but EJ 100% just looked down, blushed, and readjusted his shirt with a slight smile. That man is crushing...
Third, Ricky got very physically affectionate in this scene, and we know he doesn't do that with just everyone. Plus, this one's more of a stretch given we can't actually see his eyes, but it looks to me like he stole a glance at EJ's bicep.
