hello! this is not something i ever used to do when i started, but a while back i would do posemaniacs sessions with friends! on the front page you can see a button that says 30 sec drawing. you can do a lot of configuration to your preferences. i think long intervals are good for studying muscles and anatomy, and short intervals are good for learning gesture. when i would do this it felt really nice and it felt like i was learning and improving, so i would really recommend this!

i also saw one that had notes of gunpowder, smoke, plastic, and melon which made me think of cappys candlegirl!! 'u' 🕯️
