I sit here by myself for awhile,
Looking at the broken pieces of my heart in a pile,
People wonder why I have a broken smile,
It feels like the pain will never recede every once in a while
At times i wish i was dead,
I can see visions of red,
I looked at my wrists as they bled,
Tears I never did shed
My dreams had been shattered,
On the floor was the pieces of my heart scattered,
On paper that was tattered,
It said my broken heart and broken smile didn't matter

Her jeans were faded,
