MY SAFE FOODS!!
I currently live in a house with people that do watch over what I eat, so these are a few of my safe foods I normally have for dinner that aren’t too high in calories and mean I can still stick to under 500 calories in a day :)
1. tortilla pizza (400 calories)

1 plain tortilla wrap (175 calories)
tomato purée (20 calories)
30g mozzarella cheese (90 calories)
1 pepper (15 calories)
chicken breast (95 calories)
lettuce (5 calories)
2. noodle chicken stir fry (300 calories)

shiraki noodles (20 calories)
sweet and sour stir fry sauce (100 calories)
chicken breast (100 calories)
pepper stir fry vegetables (80 calories)
(this is not the whole serving, i had eaten about half already before taking the picture!)

this is also the same dish but a bit higher calories as i used breaded chicken nuggets and more sauce but it’s still super low calories for the amount that’s there and tastes amazing!!
3. spicy chicken mayo salad (245 calories)

lettuce (5 calories)
sweet corn (50 calories)
chicken breast w seasoning (150 calories)
lighter than light mayonnaise (20 calories)
4. weight watchers aromantic chicken noodles (400 calories)

pre packaged, so no ingredients needed
you can normally get them from any local supermarket, they come frozen and take less than 10 minutes to heat up in the microwave!
5. ham salad (53 calories)

1 slice of ham (20 calories)
reduced fat salad cream (18 calories)

throwing up in the shower and the chunks being too big to go down the drain so having to carry it in my bare hands into the toilet 😭😭😭
Top 5 worst things my ed has made me do (TW) ;
5. I made myself throw up (in a field) after running for an hour because I didn’t feel that my run has burned a sufficient amount of calories.
4. I ate things like soap, shampoo, expired milk, raw egg etc. in order to feel nauseous (none worked lol)
3. I shoved my hand down a toilet that I had clogged by flushing food because I couldn’t ask my mum for the toilet plunger as she’d see my un eaten dinner in the loo.
2. i took an od on some pill that’s a pain killer but that makes you throw up if you take too many purely so I could vomit shit tons
1. i purposely swallowed some of my vomit so Id feel nauseous enough to throw up a second time.
An eating disorder is not something you want. I promise.

when I say I am DREADING to post this, that's an understatement, but I feel obliged to so:
picture 1: me yesterday, 20h-ish without food. + posing obvs, but even without it my stomach caves.
picture 2: me today, after 2000kcal binge day. bloated asf, just standing in the bathroom despising myself.
this is why I thinspo sometimes makes me think twice. just thought I'd share.

You will need: 230g 0% fat Greek yogurt (132 calories) 60ml skimmed milk (23 calories) 25g cocoa powder (102 calories) 40g oat flour (150 calories) Half cup 0 cal sweetener 1 egg (70 calories) 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt
How to: 1)preheat oven to 200C 2)Mix all the ingredients in a bowl 3)SPRAY TRAY WITH FRY LIGHT/PAM DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP IT WILL TURN INTO A HORRIFIC MESS 4)Spoon mixture into whatever baking utensil you have yo (I used a Madeline tray and I think it worked pretty well) 5)Bake for 20 minutes 6)Enjoy
The mixture made 32 brownies when I used about a tbs of mixture for each of them. This works out at 15 cals each
You can make them vegan with: 60ml almond milk (9 calories) 200g soya yogurt (200 calories) Chia seed egg (50 calories)
These are insanely good you don’t even understand, when I gave one to my mum she thought it was a normal brownie. Microwave and pair with some 0 cal vanilla ice cream and you have the ultimate sweet treat.
